Cy's Repair and Towing company is an amazing company with a kind and compassionate owner. He worked with me through a difficult situation to make arrangements to have items be sent back after an accident from out of state. I did not have service with him but as an owner that shows he cares, tells me he will take care of his customers.
We had a major breakdown with our camper and Cy came out in a thunderstorm and MacGyvered our camper onto his flatbed and got us to a nearby campground where we were able to work with insurance and figure out how to get back home. Cy is a super nice guy and went out of his way to help us out. I'd highly recommend him if you need help on the road!
Cy, and Mike were very swift, professional, and friendly. Didn't make you feel like just a number, but someone that would be a repeat customer. Dealt with many towing companies in the past, by far this is the best.
Outstanding service! During my PCS to Washington my trailer lights suddenly stopped working. All shops were closed seeing how it was around 2300. He drove an hour and a half to come help me and the problem was resolved by 0100. Highly recommend.
If I could give TEN stars to Cy and his team I would....we broke down on the border of Wyoming and Montana on a Saturday afternoon and needed to be towed to Rapid City. Mike came out promptly, worked really hard to fit our big Sprinter van onto his flatbed, let us join him in the cab of his truck for the ride to the repair shop. He could not have been a nicer guy; even helping us level our van in the parking lot so we could sleep in it that night. Cy's Repair Shop and Towing saved our day...and our entire trip. Thanks Mike and Cy for the wonderful and caring service.

We had a mishap with our rental car while traveling long distance from Minnesota to California and we needed a quick repair to avoid being stranded. Cy's repair shop was recommended to us, so we limped the car over to his shop, and he repaired it quickly and efficiently. Not only did we get great service, Cy was very cordial. If it were an option, we'd give 6 out of 5 stars. He saved our trip.
This is is insanely delayed review but I have to thank the guys at Cy’s for helping me out of a bind on my road trip over the spring. I had set off on my way across the country without having my vehicle checked and it immediately had an issue not 5 hours after setting off. Luckily I was close enough to Cy’s repair shop and was my car was fixed within 30 minutes. I really appreciate your help and kindness on that stressful day! Thank you so much!
We requested road side assistance from I90 just outside of Moorcroft. We were towing our camper and got a flat on our tow vehicle. Our hometown mechanic had the lug nuts on so tight we couldn’t remove them all. Cy’s came right out…on a Sunday evening..and had us back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Absolute professionals!
I broke down outside of Moorcroft at 1am. I called CY and he was there in 15 minutes!! He towed me all the way to Gillette. Prompt professional service, all around great guy. A lot of small towns only have one option for a tow truck operator. Moorcroft has a great one!

Called with a breakdown on Sunday he said yes I can help you call me tomorrow after you got the part. Got the part called him now he has no time for me.
Have to say that CY was quick to respond to my small breakdown in Moorecroft... He went out of his way to help me get parts and get back on the road... Are you really out of business as stated above.? I need someone to tow cars for half a day at our place moving from one part of place to another. I loved all of the reviews so gave him a five.
He was nice enough to change his hay moving job to check our car, even though he "doesn't like working on tourist cars." He fixed a leak, but let us go with 2 quarts over in oil and low in transmission fluid after telling us he checked the fluids. Wouldn't recommend for mechanic work, but he is a nice guy at least
Very professional and did a good job on my truck at a moment's notice and the pricing was within my budget which was very helpful very good place to go!

Cy is just the nicest person. You can tell he likes helping people. He arrived at our remote location expeditiously to help us with our flat tire. He had the spare on the truck in no time. After that we chatted awhile. Cy is very personable and we highly recommend him to anyone who is having car trouble or needs a tow!
