Unsafe, tarping system because they don’t take care of their trolleys, with grease and lubricant, they wouldn’t roll. I tried two harnesses. They’ve been out in the weather, we’re dated, and neither one fit very well. They should have a cabinet with different sized labeled harnesses.
On a positive note, they do load very quickly and efficiently, but I wish they would put tarps on the load because that is very difficult when tarps often weigh over 100 pounds each.
The harness situation is very unsafe And requiring to tarp when you have well covered with plastic round tubes with one on the peak is nearly impossible.
Excellent place to load for flatbed. Check-in and check out is simple. Loads are pretty easy to secure and tarp. There is a scale on site and a restroom for drivers. The staff is always friendly and helpful every time. I have been loading here regularly for 5 years and have never had an issue.
I’ll never understand why you have to tarp a product that’s sitting outside to be dropped in a place that’s keeping it outside, it’s such a waste of time and money for the drivers and the trucking companies and their customers, if you’re picking up those red rolls have them balance them on your flatbed, 6 rolls in the front 5 in the middle and 6 at the end and you’ll be fine with the weight, their scale is alright having only 460 pounds of dirt on them but that’s good if you’re close to the limit and your tanks are full you’ll be fine, such a waste of time with tarping
This was such an easy pickup fast loading scale on sight definitely have strict rules but not unreasonable we went on a day that it was negative 20 they did let us keep our truck on so at least they have brains
Big shout out to Mario and the night crew this past Tuesday night. Me and another D&E Transport driver both got there late(before the cutoff), and Mario helped both of us get loaded. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Thank you for the extra effort getting us loaded and back on the road!

Good place to get loaded in and out fairly quickly but when it rains it’s a muddy mess and definitely gets aggravating but the guys in the shipping office were really cool guys
Giving 2 stars only because the guy at the scale house was polite, professional, and very helpful. The loading time took forever, and I came in with a tanker. Don't come with a clean truck, it will be nasty dirty by the time you leave. Oh and bring a lunch and plenty of fuel, your going to be there awhile.
My 34 hour reset was done here waiting for them to load my trailer. Showed up early for my appointment they told me to come back during my scheduled appointment. Showed up on my scheduled appointment took them 24 hours to load me. Bring food and water. Make sure you use the washroom before coming here. Only porta potty’s on site. And dust is flying around everywhere. First and last time loading from this facility. No respect for the truck driver here. This place is a hostage!!!!
Everyone who has not lost at least 4 hours for unloading here - is lucky or lying that he was here…

It’s a extremely bad place to delivery, takes 7 hours for me to unloading, and the guy who unloading my truck had a very very bad behavior, i hate it !
Easy place to find check in was simple enough. The guy at the office told me where to go and gave me a map. The loading process was fast, now it could take longer for you depending on what your picking up. Once loaded you go back where you checked in and begin to strap and tarp. PPE is required when securing load. If you have to tarp you have to park next to a catwalk and use a harness.
MUD MUD and MUD. Do not come here if you don't want to get muddy. If it has rained or snowed you will be in mud. Docks are dirt yard is dirt. It's a MESS FROM HELL! other than than no problems.
