Since it's my fourth day back to work here, of course I have to rate it well... It's how I pay my bills! It's not 5 stars since no place is perfect. However, in traveling around, O'Reilly's in general is this rating, because we truly care about getting you what you need to get your machine fixed and running. As my store? It's the best one of course! It's got me!
When Returning to Buffalo after a trip to the Seattle area in my '75 Chevy C30, my alternator decided it had enough and tapped out in Basin just south of Greybull. A quick call to the Greybull store revealed they had one in stock. It was minutes before closing time. They stuck around for me to pull my dead alternator, test it, and sell me a replacement. I was back on the road in like 15min. The staff was great. Made it to West Tensleep just in time for the first snow of the year! It was much appreciated guys!
I bought my alternator here with a warranty and I have not regretted it. The staff are helpful. if the item is not in the store it's ordered in very quickly.
Back in December 2020 I needed a master cylinder for one of my rear brakes of my 2001 Ford Escape. Unfortunately this part was not available at that time at O'Reilly in Greybull, WY. However, the Store Associate Austen was able to locate this part at a different store 30 miles or so west of Greybull. He was able to have it curried to Greybull the same day and my mechanic was able to install it the same day. Austen deserves full credit and I want to say how much I appreciated his help. Thank you Austen. You were awesome!

Very nice staff and help you to the best of their abilities. Honest to you as well if they don't have a part or know how to replace something for you. Quick service friendly staff clean store. 10 out of 10 will recommend.
