Very easy and smooth to unload. I just feel that if yall have been closed for “two weeks” and continues to be closed maybe the website should say temporarily closed.
Very unprofessional. Has had my title signed over to them for over a month and a half but still hasn't sent my check. It's $125. Not going to break them. Excuses everywhere. "Our boss was in a car accident" "the lady who deals with that is out sick" "we can't recall if we sent out your check", ect.
Horrible customer service. They have had my title over a week now for my car and all I have gotten is the runaround to get the vehicle picked up. The drivers sound and seem very lazy and give nothing but excuses and lies. Call peddle, not these jokers. You'll get more and they will come faster and be more professional
These guys really helped me out of a bind last week by removing an old car from our lot. Quick, friendly service. I’ll be calling these guys first next time!
They are friendly and never turned me down. They always have a friendly smile on their faces every time that I go in there. They are always willing to help keep laramie clean no matter what the deal is. So a big shout out to them!!!!!!!
I was helping a stranded motorist who had blown out a tire and had driven on the rim. Chip found a rim and tire for me AND a jack that he donated it to this motorist so he could get in the road again and out of town! I love this community and I am so proud to call Laramie home!! Thanks Chip!!!
Just picked up a empty keg from them for a great price. They were super friendly and the price was fantastic. Was a little worried due to the negative reviews but I was super surprised. Will not hesitate to go back.
I agree with Casey on this place. rude as hell unless your a high paying customer. I went there last month and left a list of parts I needed with my phone number, went back today since I hadn't heard from them yet as I live and hour and a half away. I was told that they returned my call which I never received and on top of it he told me unless I was buying all the parts today he didn't have the time to look up the prices. I also needed a part for my truck and he wanted $15 for it but he didn't have the time for that amount of money either. I left there and went to Rinker's and pick up the part at the same price and no BS plus the had to remove it for me and at AAA you remove it yourself. a big plus is they told me to call in periodically to check if they have other parts I need.
