If I could get no stars, I would very rude supervisor very rude customer service. He will not give his bosses phone number to you at all for complaints. They can’t even give you a correct date when your parts are coming I was promised a $50 refund never got it. I was promised certain dates my parts were coming never happened. I waited extra. They have no idea what they’re talking about when it comes to parts. They have sold other customers wrong parts that I know who they are they’re very, not intelligent. They’re very rude. Very argumentative. I see why their other location has shut down.
Well don't break down and need a part at 430 becasue u will get a rude customer that don't want to help u are make u pay out this world fir a part will not do bussiness her anymore with them at all they didnt want to help my husband out so I had to go and tow him home bad bussiness for them period
Love this junk yard!! This yard has a great variety of cars that are waiting for you to pull the parts off. Staff was very helpful and super nice! I was a little bummed about my visit, I wanted to buy a stripped car body but was told I could not buy it.
Will probably not being returning to this junkyard. Ordered a radiator, a/c condenser, and a fan shroud, paid them 10$ and it has taken at least a week now for them to be pulled, when I drove down there and back yesterday (2 1/2 hr round trip), I found out the parts were for the wrong car. So now I have to wait even longer to get the right part. I’d recommend pulling the part yourself.
UPDATE: I finally got the exact parts I needed, it took roughly 2 weeks but I can safely say I got it. The guy up at the counter, Bernie, is a very nice and upfront guy. Will probably come back if needed.
Overall a fairly decent facility. The yard is pretty muddy after a rain, and the selection of vehicles is a little sparse at the time I went. But, it’s a big yard, cars are spaced out very well that it’s easy to pull parts, and the employees are very easy going and friendly, especially the gentleman that was behind the counter on the Saturday I went (his name escapes me at the moment). Good place to go.
Trying to figure out what to do for my kid's totaled car from 2,000 miles away right after the accident. Dawn was rude and condescending. Horrible customer service.
This place sucks no one ever answers the phone they don’t return calls
I’m an hour drive and sure won’t just drive over to look around unless I can confirm they at least have the make of car I’m looking for
Dont bother with this place it used to be good a couple years ago but now everything is super over priced and they barely have a full yard anymore they scrapped over half of their lot

But they did get it and another so I could choose which I wanted.

Showed up at 152 on a Saturday lady said they were closed door unlocked. Google also says 3pm on Saturday's if you guys are soooo closed why is she even their go home clown

In response to Ethan rockweiler from the lady not answering phones or looking up part and giving you a number to a fax. I did look part up had people in front of me put you on hold found your part at our Weston location and me having dyslexia I must've got numbers backwards but I apologize u felt as if we're being ignored. I obv tried to help you and def want to make money .. who doesn't
I needed a spark plug wire for my truck.
The attendant was very helpful & polite in my search! He gave me a list of all the trucks in the yard I was looking for, along with a map. I was able to quickly find what I needed & gave me a good price on the wire.
I put the new spark plug wire in & it worked like a charm.
I would definitely recommend Wally's U-Pull-It for replacing parts on your vehicle.
Terrible customer service! Never helpful! Always turning away customers. Your better off picking thru Gibbys or driving an extra 100 miles cause these people and place is useless!
If i could leave zero stars i would. Worse place to ever go. Dont do business with them. They'll take your money just fine. Make ya 3 weeks with no parts. Ask for a refund and give you a bullshit check and tell ya well our policy is anything over 50 we give checka for. Uhm? What. No where on paper or posted did i see or agree to that non sense. Then they dont try to rectify their bullshit actions. Never ever will i tell someone to go to wallys.

A pleasant and very helpful girl named Samantha, went out of her way, to suggest, locate, and order an AC pump for my 02 Ram. On top of that the 60$ price tag was very reasonable. I needed a transfer case for my work truck 09 Duramax diesel. Samantha helped me. she found what I needed at a good price. She was very knowledge of her job. (I had good experience for once)
I came back a week later and she found me a engine for a car. I’ve been looking for this motor for months. Recommend giving them a try next time You need parts.
I've dealt with this place 4 times and had a bad experience 3 of them.
First time they drilled hole in transmission pan and didn't tell me second time that they lost my part. 4th time it took forever and no call saying when it was in. My salesman Victor was terrible and does not belong in sales. I could of saved $150 Never again will they get my business going somewhere else.
Good sized yard with small business attitude. I have been there many times to pull my own parts. Usually prices are very fair, sometimes willing to negotiate. Always better than a large corporate yard like LKQ. Organized well. Inventory changes fairly often. Gets very dusty in the summer, and muddy in spring/fall. My only complaint is they take the rims off and set the cars in the dirt. They will put vehicles on the steel rack to get to underbody components for a small fee.
Alejandro was GREAT! I drove up from Merton WI to get a driver's seat for our minivan. He went out of his way to make sure I got the right seat in the correct color and in good working order. I would highly recommend them!
Well organized. Prices aren’t the best(wanted a 4runner tailgate and the price was astronomical on that, but fine on the wheels).

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Had called ahead of time to make sure part was available and in good condition (good meaning minimal to no dents or scratches). Was told that the part was in good condition. The next day, after driving 2 hours to get to the yard, we are told where the car is sitting and walk out to it, just to find that there is a huge dent and multiple large scratches on the part. Went back to the main office to talk to someone and was told that they base their rating of the part (i.e. good, fair, etc.) on the vehicle when it first comes into the yard and that if the part had become dented during any moving of the car or when people take other parts off of it, it is still classified as in good condition. Was a complete waste of time, money and brain power trying to talk to these people.

They always have a fresh selection of a wide range of vehicles, old to new.
Yard is massive, but is sectioned off by manufacturer, so it makes it easier to find what you're looking for.
Prices are reasonable

I think I have found my new favorite place. It is exactly what I have been looking for it had a great selection of cars and the guy that ran it was very very friendly. There were way way more cars than I was expecting. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I thought the price for parts was a little high for a pull your own parts junkyard. Also I wish they stayed open a little bit longer by the time I got there I only had about 45 minutes but I will be returning.
Used to be great for parts. Not so much anymore. Really went down hill. In one day I called four times and never got an answer, the phone just rang, mind you during business hours. I finally got somebody to answer, and they said they would have a part off the next day. They didn't. It was a week later and they called me to inform me the part was off. When I got there, there was five people standing at the counter waiting. The counter man, was in the office laughing and joking with one of his buddies. People were obviously upset that they were waiting, so they must have been there for a while. I know that I waited 10 minutes before he even came out. I bought a grade a fender oh, that's supposed to be in good shape. When I picked up the fender, the bottoms all rusty and it's full of door dings. Wasn't super impressed. When I got back, I tried to call twice, and I got no answer.
Their sister store in Appleton is not any better. I got a door from them, they had it listed online for $95. Why called to secure the part, she told me it was 125, then she wanted to argue with me when I told her they had it online for 95 saying that she couldn't do that. I've run into that before where they try to put you on the elevator, but they'll normally correct the price right away when you called them out on it. I bought an insurance quality door, but it had a Dent the size of a dollar bill in it and the mirror was all beat up. Then they couldn't give me a refund because of computer incompatibility.
I used to go there for parts all the time. I guess I won't be anymore.
