We managed to get our van stuck in a culvert in our neighborhood. We ended up using our roadside assistance program and Fox Cities team was sent. They arrived ahead of schedule and quickly was able to get our vehicle out with no damage to the neighbors lawn or to our vehicle. The guys that came out were friendly and did a great job. If future problems come up again I'll be giving these guys a call instead of a random company for help.
We had a dead car battery in our driveway that we couldn't jump ourselves due to how it was parked. One phone call and literally minutes later, they showed up and we were on our way. Best experience with this company. Great price and great customer service!!

Im so greatful to be able to write this review. After getting into a horrible car accident on the highway Friday evening. Nelson with easy towing not only was fast to arrive at my accident but showed me so much compassion where the police showed me none. I was in shock and terrified others would get hurt. Not only did he make me feel safe and was able to get my junk up off the highway in record time if i may so but also made sure i made it home safe. Super greatful for this towimg company and the man who runs it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving me Nelson.. If your going to call anyone to pick your vehicle up call easy towing you wont be disappointed. Another thing i wanted to say thanks for also putting ur life at risk to help me and others out. Towing isn't an easy job and it sure isnt a safe one. This is why a dollar amount shouldn't matter not sure anyone realizes just how dangerous this job can be. Thank you

Our SUV died at a busy intersection right by their business. The gentleman came over right away to help my push the vehicle into the closest parking lot since the tow truck was going to be a bit and we were blocking traffic. He then grabbed a jump pack, came back and ensured the tow was on the way. I wish I could remember his name. He was AWESOME!! Definitely will use again if needed.
shane was our driver & he was very kind and friendly! the price was more than reasonable, and he gave us a ride to the mechanic. definitely recommend their services!
While I haven't used their services yet, I have had interaction with one of the owners and she's always been polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She understands how needing a tow could be stressful depending on the circumstances and is very empathetic to those needing help.
I was stuck on Main St. in Neenah. A guy in a jeep pulled up which later I found out worked for this company. He offered to pull my vehicle less than 10 ft back onto the road. The cost that this coworker requested was 20 dollars which I was fine with. A second coworker, possibly the boss showed up after the job was done. I was ready to pay and the second coworker charged me 105 dollars. I told him that his coworker said 20 and he replied “thats not what we do here”. I told him Im not paying 105 dollars, and settled on 50. Told them thanks but you shouldn’t try to scam or overcharge your customers. Bad look and disappointing.

If i could rate this company 10 stars i would!!! The service i received was beyond exceptional not only were they quick on arrival but the entire team was patient and worked with me as my insurance company was dealing with system issues. Easy Towing and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure me and my daughter made it home SAFE! My travel was not a short distance and the weather was horrible to say the least!! Good prompt service the only complaint was price. He didn’t mention cost of $210 until AFTER he was done. Which took him less than 10 minutes and I helped him change the tire.
Nelson was awesome! Went well above and beyond what I'd expect from a towing service. Had my truck back to me in a few hours, and I didn't expect it for several days from the service shop. Absolutely recommend them based on their care.

Beyond impressed with this company! Very professional from start to finish! With in 20 minutes of me calling for help someone was there! First thing out of the tow drivers mouth was “Are you ok?”!! He had me up and driving again with in 15 minutes and walked me through everything! Highly recommend Easy Towing Fox Valley!!!
Best towing service I have experienced. We hit a deer and were stuck on the highway in Waupun. We had given up hope as all other towing companies could not get to us. Nelson got out of bed to come get us and bring us home. I am forever thankful to him. He is reliable, great value, very down to earth. If I could give 10 stars I would. Nelson came out almost immediately after I called them. He was professional & knowledgeable about a difficult towing situation. My car only had 3 wheels and he still found a way to tow it! Reasonable prices and friendly service! Would definitely recommend for future towing needs!
Prompt and extremely down-to-earth owner/operator Nelson started what I figured to be a rough morning, with a terminal vehicle, so much easier to move forward from. I set a time, drop-off point, and he agreed to make it happen at a vary fair price for service. I had to change drop-off location, and in seconds made new arrangements at the last minute. Nelson obliged, and committed to same service price. Everything went exactly as I wanted to. If you need towing services I implore you to take him up on his. As one who has worked in many sectors of the greater industry of service, I notice everything offered to me from a client’s point-of-view. I honestly didn’t know who to call when I blew out my tire on the highway. I found ez towing on Google, and the reviews don’t lie! They were to me very quickly, I got to stay in the comfort of my safe car while he put my spare on for me and he was done in 5 mins! The prices are great too! Thank you for saving my Friday!
