Nice people to work with. It took a couple calls to get the pick up date/time worked out. Pick-up-up Driver was spot on with the pick-up time and instructions I left with the scheduler. Driver was also very professional, super nice and helped grab a couple things off the car I was unable to free myself. Highly recommend using them.
Don't use this company for salvage. They paid $100 less than promised, because my car had an aftermarket catalytic converter, when it said nothing about original or replacement parts on their online form. They'll promise you a quote online and give you a different price in person.
Guy gave me a price it was in the end higher than the other places he doesn't lie to you Even though it feels personal junk is junk I will definitely call on them again thanks specialize

This people are the worst I have ever dealt with. The only reason this place is in business is due to the fact they are the only ones that offer the service they do. I will go into detail how they provided the worst possible experience. Lets start with the fact that they lowballed the offer stated and tried saying my vehicle did not have a catalytic converter when I had pictures showing otherwise. Next, it was confirmed with them that the title was signed and I could not be present for pickup (due to me being a college student two hours away and them not picking up on weekends), that payment for my vehicle would be left with the shop owner of the place my vehicle was at. S.A. decided since they did not want my vehicle that they were simply not going to pick it up and when called by Cars4Cash switched up and stated that I had to sign a receipt by them. These guys are the epitome of low class.
I had to wait two days for a pick up then Lied about picking up my vehicle, never came then lied again saying I didn't confirm my appt horrible people, very racist.
This company should not exist, do not waste your time with them. I gave them my contact information 4 different times before realizing that the dispatcher is a compulsive liar. Rude is a polite adjective to describe "Specialized" Auto Salvage. The only thing Specialized about this company is there specialized ability to frustrate you and waste everyones time. STAY AWAY!
I called 3 different times about an offer I received the day prior, the man who did answer was extremely rude, gave me an offer 200$ lower then the previous time we had talked, he claimed because it was under 2ton I couldn’t get the amount we had talked about prior. (The car is 2,227lb OEM spec) when I politely assumed, this must have been the mistake and I corrected him on the weight, his response was “It doesn’t matter the price of metal goes up and down” and hung up the phone before I could respond. This is the first and only review I will make on this app. I wish I could give 0 stars, at least a half star.
Called about a scheduled time for pickup I never agreed to and was extremely disrespectful when trying to reschedule to an appropriate time. Acted like he was the one doing me a favor for a basic task and was very condescending. Will be bringing my business elsewhere

These people never showed up. time to show up between 3pm an 5: 00. try to call the driver never answered. i no call no show. had me sitting here and now I'm 2 hours late for work.yeah this place is nothing but a freaking waste of time. Don't even waste your time even trying to set up a time for them to come and pick up scrap because they do nothing but mess you around then don't even show up their own company dispatcher couldn't even get a hold of the driver pretty sure he's down at the bar around the corner getting wasted and then they did actually get a hold of me it's supposed to show up by 5:30 it's 5:00 46 p.m. right now I was supposed to be at work at 4:00 this evening yeah complete waste of time
He was supposed to show up between 1 and 3 on 6/15/2020 to pick up my vehicle. I was not able to get in touch with him after the one time I got in touch with him at about 3 o'clock pm and he said he would call his driver to find out where hes at and he was gonna call me back and he never did. I called 10 times and nothing i even texted him with no response. He offered a good amount for the van.
Posting this review for my fiance as she doesn't have a google acct. They were very fast in picking up her car that her teenage son totalled and gave. a very fair price for it. Would highly recommend. Nice folks to do business with.
Even though I had a hectic schedule and some issues on my end with scheduling (added to the fact I live an hour away), they went the extra mile to stay in contact with me, and helped to find a pickup time that worked for both of us. Highly recommended.
Dropping off after hours was a hassle, the key drop is hard to find and not labeled. This was made doubly frustrating due to it being dark and the key drop being located at the parking lot entrance and not by the door.
Service was timely and of good quality.
