Our car rolled off the side of our very slanted driveway and was sitting up against an electric pole in Waukesha. We didn’t want to damage the car by trying to move it ourselves, so we called for a winching service. They wanted to assess the situation before they gave me an estimate.
I don’t remember the name of the person who came but he basically helped me move the car safely by giving me instructions. Didn’t charge me a penny.
Lately I have been dealing with different situations where people would take as much money as possible. It’s as if their soul has been sucked by corporate greed and it doesn’t bother them even a little bit before screwing the customers out of their money. When this person treated me today as a human in need and helped me without asking for anything in return, I felt so grateful. Sometimes kindness comes from places and people you’d least expect and I hope God multiplies and returns him this kindness I experienced today.
I would recommend their service to everyone. Of course, they won’t do it for free but I am confident that they will treat you and provide the service as best as they can.
Being new to the area, I looked around for what I felt was the best company to take care of moving my truck. Once I was on the phone with Complete, an amazing lady named Susan won me over. She was the complete package. She explained everything and broke the payment down fully, she was patient and had a great vibe. She talked to me about who maybe the best for what I wanted done with my truck and Mr. Rob did not disappoint. He handled my truck as I would have (and I'm not one to let anyone just handle my truck) I was not big on the whole towing situation but in the end I was blessed that I chose this company. Don't make my mistake and call around just call Complete for any towing needs you may have. They will hook you up from start to finish. Amazing company I recommend them fully. Very friendly and quick response time. Family owned business. I highly recommend. I hit a deer and was stranded on the interstate and they prioritized my situation.
Mike and Susan were both accommodating and professional. They made the best out of a bad situation. Mike talked me through the process of a flooded engine compartment and Susan helped arrange transportation of my truck to the dealership. They picked up the phone outside of business hours and truly helped me out.
Mitchell was GREAT!! Super friendly and in time. Complete came recommended from the shop we have all of our vehicle services done at. I also had a car seat and a little with me, not a problem! Mitchell strapped it in and made sure it was secure. We buckled in while he finished up! Susan who was dispatching was super too! So helpful, friendly, and nice! This place was so nice and respectful when calling they asked questions to make sure a safe tow. I moved from Brown deer to waukesha and the guy did an amazing job at making sure the car didn't scrape at all since it's lowered. Also moved into an apartment complex with attached garage and he got it half way into the garage for us. It was amazing! He was so talented and skilled! Priced wasn't too bad either for the drive. I definitely recommend! Even gave him a tip because he did such a great job! (That's very unlike me to tip)! 10/10
We were helped by Rob when our CV axel broke. He arrived very quickly, within 15 minutes and carefully loaded our vehicle to ensure no further damage. He was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
The experience I received was nothing short of excellent. Had one of my cars towed to a shop in Waukesha and decided not to have my vehicle serviced there. This of course meant another tow, so I called the same towing company but a Waukesha location. I left a message but I wasn't called back....Enter: Complete Towing....
Only had to make one call and the service desk answered quickly. She was very friendly, polite and moved quickly to get my car picked up and delivered to my home. Jake was the driver, he was courteous, outgoing and very respectful of the vehicle. He needed to use wooden planks so the bumper cover wouldn't be damaged and I appreciated this.

I can't thank complete towing enough, I called last night due to my keys being locked inside my jeep with my only set inside along with my cat lol I'm pretty sure they thought I was joking when I called for them to send someone out for that we both had a couple good laughs me and the gentleman who answered my call! We needed a tow from Waukesha to Franklin because our car stopped running unexpectedly. They were timely, professional and got us to our destination safely. For it being my first time ever needing to get a tow, they made the process super easy!!

I called Complete Towing today and received fast and fairly priced service. My old truck needed to be hauled to my mechanic for service and Complete Towing showed up on time and priced exactly as quoted on their website. The driver Johnny was courteous and polite. Other companies were not transparent about their pricing but Complete Towing listed their prices clear as day. I would have no problem recommending Complete Towing to anyone for fast and fair service. Thanks again!
If you want to get back into your locked car or have it towed safely, call Complete. They will be there on time and do the job quickly and politely. Plus, you won't have to listen to some dispatcher promising that "we'll look for a technician and call you back." Complete Towing gets the job done right!
Called Complete to have my vehicle towed tonight. Driver was there maybe 20 minutes after i got off the phone with the operator. The driver was very respectful as well, the operator I spoke to was also respectful. Will definitely use complete the next time i need a tow.
We needed a jump. I've used them before and years ago I delivered their mail to their business and Susan was always a decent and friendly person to deal with. I hate to call anyone on a Sunday Morning yet, Mike came out and was GREAT. They are what a business and people for that matter should be! Reliable and trustworthy and deserving of praise. My wife's car died late at night and I waited on the tow while she took my car to work. I brought a book because I figured I would be there for awhile but only waited about 15 minutes. They took the car right to the repair shop and then dropped me off at home. Couldn't imagine better service. They were super friendly too. Price was very reasonable.
Fantastic experience! Boat trailer wheel bearings burned out and we were stranded in a vacant parking lot 5:30 on a Saturday. My wife found complete towing spoke with Mike and Jacob had our boat on his hauler in 30 minutes. Susan was my point of contact and was so friendly she made the whole process easy and efficient. This is a family run business and they treated me like I was one of their own. So thankful for Mike, Jacob and Susan and all their efforts helping me out of jam. My wife's Jeep broke down and they were out to help with no haste. As I was racing to the location, they beat me there and even gave her a ride to the mechanic rather than leave her to wait. We had what may be a sudden case of fuel contamination which stopped an odd classic car. Rob, your representative, came super quick – I mean really fast! He assured us at the start that his priority was our safety and to keep the car damage free. He was extremely professional and handled the odd tow requirements with ease. He very politely waited just a bit while my wife and I attached the special tow equipment our car needed to clear the roll pans. Rob then expertly backed his tow rig up to our garage and we rolled the car right into its stall. It was one of the best service experiences we’ve had – including doctors, waiters, dentists, you name it. So quick, so smooth, and most importantly not a speck of damage to an exotic car. I actually ended up cancelling their services as my insurance company got me a better rate through a less reputable but more affordable company. Complete Towing still showed up to make sure I was ok, and even waited around for me to confirm the other truck was coming. The driver was incredibly professional and I was very impressed by their customer service.
Rob was a super big help. In New Berlin helping my wife's uncle move, needed to get a Harley loaded in a 24ft box truck. Lift gate was too small. After calling several other tow companies, that either said they were open only to be closed, or didn't want to job, I called Complete. I needed the bike put up on a rollback so we could get it in the box truck. Other tow companies said no, Complete said yes! They understood what we needed, we even offered to lend a hand. They arrived and helped us quickly get the bike loaded. Saved me a 1250 mile trip just to pick up the bike! A big thanks! I appreciate the understanding of what I needed and the willingness to help even with a small job! I highly recommend these guys!
