Mike and Susan were both accommodating and professional. They made the best out of a bad situation. Mike talked me through the process of a flooded engine compartment and Susan helped arrange transportation of my truck to the dealership. They picked up the phone outside of business hours and truly helped me out.
Mitchell was GREAT!! Super friendly and in time. Complete came recommended from the shop we have all of our vehicle services done at. I also had a car seat and a little with me, not a problem! Mitchell strapped it in and made sure it was secure. We buckled in while he finished up! Susan who was dispatching was super too! So helpful, friendly, and nice! This place was so nice and respectful when calling they asked questions to make sure a safe tow. I moved from Brown deer to waukesha and the guy did an amazing job at making sure the car didn't scrape at all since it's lowered. Also moved into an apartment complex with attached garage and he got it half way into the garage for us. It was amazing! He was so talented and skilled! Priced wasn't too bad either for the drive. I definitely recommend! Even gave him a tip because he did such a great job! (That's very unlike me to tip)! 10/10
We were helped by Rob when our CV axel broke. He arrived very quickly, within 15 minutes and carefully loaded our vehicle to ensure no further damage. He was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
The experience I received was nothing short of excellent. Had one of my cars towed to a shop in Waukesha and decided not to have my vehicle serviced there. This of course meant another tow, so I called the same towing company but a Waukesha location. I left a message but I wasn't called back....Enter: Complete Towing....
Only had to make one call and the service desk answered quickly. She was very friendly, polite and moved quickly to get my car picked up and delivered to my home. Jake was the driver, he was courteous, outgoing and very respectful of the vehicle. He needed to use wooden planks so the bumper cover wouldn't be damaged and I appreciated this.

I called Complete Towing today and received fast and fairly priced service. My old truck needed to be hauled to my mechanic for service and Complete Towing showed up on time and priced exactly as quoted on their website. The driver Johnny was courteous and polite. Other companies were not transparent about their pricing but Complete Towing listed their prices clear as day. Rob was very professional and explained exactly what he would do with both the car and keys once he dropped it off at the dealership. We live on a private drive and he laid down some absorbent material to soak up the brake fluid.

I was in an accident when someone crossed the median and smashed into me. My wife's car died late at night and I waited on the tow while she took my car to work. I brought a book because I figured I would be there for awhile but only waited about 15 minutes. They took the car right to the repair shop and then dropped me off at home. Couldn't imagine better service. They were super friendly too. Price was very reasonable.
Fantastic experience! Boat trailer wheel bearings burned out and we were stranded in a vacant parking lot 5:30 on a Saturday. My wife found complete towing spoke with Mike and Jacob had our boat on his hauler in 30 minutes. Susan was my point of contact and was so friendly she made the whole process easy and efficient.

My wife's Jeep broke down and they were out to help with no haste. As I was racing to the location, they beat me there and even gave her a ride to the mechanic rather than leave her to wait. We had what may be a sudden case of fuel contamination which stopped an odd classic car. Rob, your representative, came super quick – I mean really fast! He assured us at the start that his priority was our safety and to keep the car damage free. He was extremely professional and handled the odd tow requirements with ease. He very politely waited just a bit while my wife and I attached the special tow equipment our car needed to clear the roll pans. Rob then expertly backed his tow rig up to our garage and we rolled the car right into its stall. It was one of the best service experiences we’ve had – including doctors, waiters, dentists, you name it. So quick, so smooth, and most importantly not a speck of damage to an exotic car. Very satisfied, had my truck picked up within 10 minutes but the driver was on his way. The owner and the driver was great to work with. Complete towing will take care of you. Don't waste you're time complete towing is all I will call when I need help.
I actually ended up cancelling their services as my insurance company got me a better rate through a less reputable but more affordable company. Complete Towing still showed up to make sure I was ok, and even waited around for me to confirm the other truck was coming. The driver was incredibly professional and I was very impressed by their customer service.
Rob was a super big help. In New Berlin helping my wife's uncle move, needed to get a Harley loaded in a 24ft box truck. Lift gate was too small. After calling several other tow companies, that either said they were open only to be closed, or didn't want to job, I called Complete. I needed the bike put up on a rollback so we could get it in the box truck. Other tow companies said no, Complete said yes! They understood what we needed, we even offered to lend a hand. They arrived and helped us quickly get the bike loaded. Saved me a 1250 mile trip just to pick up the bike! A big thanks! I appreciate the understanding of what I needed and the willingness to help even with a small job! I highly recommend these guys!
