Over priced and cocky tries to charge me double what the parts worth for a 20 year old part and it’s not even good condition have fun robbing people for services they don’t have the means to fix themself. Have fun ripping people off that don’t know any better
I've had some pretty horrible customer service before but calling this place and speaking with Ken was the worst customer experience I have ever had he was very very disrespectful to myself and to my roommate whom has had a brain injury. It was very unfortunate I tried to wish Ken a better day and he seemed to be just very displeased that I was trying to be nice to him after he was rude and disrespectful. I hope they can have a better year I don't understand his circumstances I just wish she'd have a little better customer service.
I needed a new window switch for my TL, and they had it. Works perfect. Paid $60 instead of having to buy the new OEM for $175. Will definitely come here again if I need.
Jim was great to work with. Was able to easily verify they had a pretty hard part to find on a new model vehicle. Was even willing to ship (charged a fair price) to save me a drive. Amazing service all around!

My battery died, at the bank across the hwy. I walked across the hwy and met the fellow in the photo. He got me a new battery and helped me (against the city rules) me back on the road. He got the management to loan me a couple tools to do the work. This is what great service is. Anyone can sell you a part, but when you’re traveling out of town, and it’s the right thing to help someone—even though it’s against city code, B&M is the kind of place you want to run into. It saved me a boatload, saved the day, and showed me a place can be as interested in actually helping as making money.

I have shopped B&M Auto Sales several times for the last few years and found them helpful in getting what I needed at a reasonable cost. The people were friendly and the location is great!
Every staff member I worked with was helpful, and I was treated like I was their best customer. They had the hard to find parts that I needed and were flexible when I had to change things. Everything but the vehicle went right.
I ordered a drive shaft with coupler for a dodge charger.. They had the part thank goodness.. He ordered the part I might have misunderstood the time frame.. he told me it’ll take two days to ship… I was callin them a lot because the car was siittin at the repair shop and I was worried about storage fees! My son and I went to pick up the part.. We got there the gentleman was very nice and helped us get that long part in the car.. I’d order from them again if need be.. the customer service was great! I was pleased.. TY B&M for gettin me my part as fast as you could..
Unrealistic prices for used auto parts that aren’t guaranteed, sort of an as-is seller. Bought a battery from BnM few months ago, cost was in the $60.00 ballpark. It died after 2 weeks of being in my pickup. $82.00 brand new at Walmart. Go figure. My fault there. They told me the my purchase used batteries for a wopping $5.00 per core. I brought in 5, was given a check for $25.00. I misplaced the check in my paperwork in my office. The check had expired. I politely asked to get a replacement check and they said no. It’s a one time deal. So they made $25.00 more dollars on top of an $60.00 for a battery that was junk. Terrible customer service and terrible products. Times are tough enough stealing from customers is not the best practice.
Doors have parts that my boss always needs and the parts always look pretty good they're not shoddy and then he does very good business and I still would shop them no matter what because they handle customer care very well especially if you're a regular they have really good customer service
They sold me an engine that they claimed had 90k miles on it. The pictures they showed me truly showed a motor with 90k. When it finally got there after over 2 weeks of delays it looked nothing like the picture. The amount of road dirt and grease on it looked more like 250k. After pulling the manifolds I could see that many of the valves are leaking oil and half of them are not sealing and allowing tons of soot buildup in the runners. The engine is in poor condition for a $500 engine. However they charged me over $1700 for this junk. Unbelievable. I would never recommend anyone buy from this company. Total ripoff. Very dishonest. What a waste of my time.
They did not have the part I needed, but ordered it for me. The part came in a day early and they called me to let me know it was ready for pick-up. It is nice when a business actually does what they promise at the time of purchase. I will definitely use B&M Auto again.
We were in need of a very hard to find ABS controller for a Honda Accord. Factory BO. Called B&M and they were able to locate a used unit out of state. Told me 3-4 days and also informed me a very reasonable price. Part was there in 3 days with a call for pickup. Top notch service. They will be my first call from here out.
Nelly was amazing here!! I got a flat tire and needed a new rim ASAP. He was so helpful and patient in getting me what I needed. When I went to pick up the rim, he gave me helpful advice on tires and wheels and was just a down to earth person! The maintenance guys were also so so kind. Thanks again guys!

This dealer has helped me for decades. As a teenager I. The 1960s it was a junk yard. You could go in the yard with a wrench and pull the part you wanted.
Today it is a high-tech operation with every part that’s available in their computer system.
Besides being a customer, I also rented an office from them for 16 years.

Very impressed. We deal with a few Salvage yards around the state. Just got a door from B&M (in 3 hours). Door was clean and rust free (and for a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix). Very impressed with the service I got from Jim. Make this place on the top of your list for a place to call.
As a dealer I have Purchased a lot of parts. I found the parts I needed online and made a call to B and M auto salvage. Got a hold of Jim in sales and he told me I would have it on Saturday. The payment transaction went smoothly and the parts were on my front porch the next day. This experience was the best purchase of used parts I’ve ever encountered. These people are awesome. Its the day after Christmas and they are really busy. Despite all of that they were extremely nice and professional at all times. I even got the part i needed 40 bucks cheaper even tho there office was flooded with customers...if you need parts this the place to go in waukesha.

B&M auto was very accommodating on the phone and very responsive. They had the part I needed for my car in their salvage yard and sold it at a very reasonable price. One of the employees was on a break, and took the time to help explain how to install it (a tail light). He even helped install it and was very friendly. The shop was pretty clean for being a salvage yard.
TERRIBLE. I asked for a luggage rack for my truck. They reply saying yes we have it $50, just have to be prepaid first. I told them I'd like to pay and recieve at the same time. Then they said they could remove it and put to the side for 2 days for me. They tell me where to pick it up and said its not off the vehicle yet. 3 days go by and I ask again to schedule pick up. It's been another 3 days and no response. The guy is Alberto bad communication, not good business I wouldn't recommend if you want quality service.
The service is amazing. Employees were very knowledgeable and had the part I needed for my Volkswagen I couldn't find anywhere else. Being a person not very mechanically inclined, when I went to pick up my part they came out and showed me how to install the new electrical door unit for me in under a minute. I will be a lifelong costumer.
