I made payment and waited months before I received the engine. I followed up may times, left messages and times got the run-a round. They were going to charge me a re-stocking fee if I didn't want the engine anymore but already waited very long. Re-stocking fee was a few hundred dollars for a product yet not received. Engine came with warranty but was charged for repairs due to engine leaking oil. It still leaks oil. I lost money for unsatisfactory product and service.
Purchased a used transmission through a marketplace listing and it ended being sold by H&H. Andrew was prompt, thorough, and personable. I'd not swapped a transmission on my own before, so he took the time to walk me through some commons pitfalls to watch out for. He made it clear that if I ran into any problems, to reach back out. It's a scrapyard at heart, so if walking and seeing piles of parts on the floor makes you squeamish, know what you're getting into. This shop tried to scam my friend. They promised to replace the engine on his truck. He left the vehicle with them, and a few days later they told him the engine had been replaced. In reality, they only fixed a small issue and never changed the engine. Dishonest and untrustworthy — be careful dealing with this place.
We purchased an engine from H and H. They delivered the wrong engine at first, but they reimbursed us for the trouble and my client ended up getting a lower mile engine for the same cost as a local one with higher miles.
Andrew and his crew did a fantastic job providing options, expertise and solutions. Provided a great product at a great price. My car is back on the road! Thankful for the honest help. Well done.

Even though Facebook marketplace was telling me the part I was trying to buy was a "scam" from this business, I was graciously walked through steps for purchase and shipping. When I decided to go in a different direction, this business still went the extra mile to make sure I had the correct parts and oil to do the job correctly. Outstanding!!
The only downside to working with these guys is they are busy - but they found a fairly rare OEM wheel for me for a reasonable price, and went out of their way to get it quickly. Highly recommended.
Was very honest when I bought a used truck.
Told me what I was getting and what to expect to do maintenence on in the near future.
Great service, was able to register car there and get licens plate.
I called and spoke to Andrew about a a used motor I was going to put in my car, I was 9 hours away and they were considering and giving me a loaner car to get the job done so I didn't have to keep paying rental fees, although the deal never went through, they were very friendly and very helpful and considerate and I will look to them in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there! Liz is knowledgeable and has such a fun attitude. I don’t think she gets enough credit for all she manages. I saw her answering calls (non-stop), looking up parts online, helping customers in the lobby, and helping the workers in the shop. And she knows her stuff. She was answering questions about vehicle parts like…like it’s her job. Ha! And the man I talked to about my door was incredibly insightful and meticulous. He knew his stuff, answered all of my questions, and he explained things in a way I understood.
This is a great crew! Very trustworthy and easy to work with! Although I hope I don’t ever have a need to repair my car again, if I do there is no question who I am going to call first.

Great and courteous customer service. We ordered the part off of eBay and they sent us pictures prior to shipping which we greatly appreciated. After looking at the pictures we found some damage and they graciously refunded our purchase. Highly recommend these people.

I should have done this a long time ago, but I wanted to express my gratitude for a great purchase and their help by way of a five-star review. In March 2019, I bought a burgundy 2006 Ford Taurus for a really good price. Great vehicle, solid and smooth, reliable, gets me where I need to go. Immediately after I purchased it, the engine light came on a few times but they helped me out and fixed it free of charge each time so I was able to pass the required emissions test just fine. I trust these guys completely and I believe in what they're doing. They are honest and respectful and they stand behind their products and services. Paul was very nice to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about cars. He was very helpful and able to make sure I was taken care of when the first transmission I purchased had issues. I will be sure to come back the next time I need to find parts for my cars.
Best prices, best people! Dave on the phone was a great help. Knowing I was driving a bit of a way he offered a few options and gave the part condition. I spoke with a few yards much closer to me and was put off by rudeness and high prices for inferior parts.
Went to pick up a hood for my truck. drove over an hour and a half. When I got there Paul was more than helpful. The receptionist was also top notch.
Not only did they treat me well, the service was great. Very well laid out yard and easy to find the donor cars.
