This would be zero if I could. We have AAA, they said they'd be here at 7:30pm. At 7:15 we get a call back from AAA saying Jim's Towing refused the service. Mind you, Jim's towing is in Oconomowoc and so are we. Now it will be 9:30pm before we "maybe" get service from another provider. Frustrating!
what a gentleman, saved my friends and i from the side of the highway at 2am, DROVE US ALL THE WAY BACK HOME TO MADISON!! and to top it off, i left a wallet by accident and he managed to get it back to me. 10/10 best road side service i’ve ever received

Almost got run over by one of the plow trucks while walking my dogs. The driver was thoughtful and clever enough to pull over and make some unkind remarks.... With the name of the business on the side of the truck. More like Jim's Unprofessional services.
Mine was a simple one. I ran out of gas while riding my motorcycle. They showed up with premium gas in 20 minutes. I pulled out and went a short distance only to discover my rear brake caliper had fallen off. Thanks for the zip ties.

Very respectful drivers. They took great care of me, my car, and even my dog. My car was broken down so they towed me to the dealership. Let me AND my dog ride in the truck, not only that, but he waited for me to finish up at the dealership and gave me a ride home too. Very thankful for the service that was provided.
The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. It took over a week to get back to me when I was told it would only take 48 hours. From the beginning he was trying to deny any fault for damage to alignment. The lack of communication was also unprofessional. Set expectations and keep them. Do not use this company.
I just wanted to say thank you very much to the guy who helped me with towing my vehicle to the place it had to go. He was kind enough to help me out and bring my groceries inside his tow truck and helped me get back home as well. Props to this towing company going the “extra mile”. Great Customer Service.

HORRIBLE experience with a very ignorant driver. Would NEVER recommend this company!! I ended up refusing their service. Rhodes towing was able to handle (seamlessly) what these people couldn't!
I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Jim. I was enjoying the last night of riding my motorcycle only to get a flat rear tire. He arrived to my location timely and got the bike in the trailer with ease. He also was nice enough to help me put it in. Jim was also very professional. Needless to say, I strongly recommend this service.
Didn't get the young man's name but he was courteous, polite, professional, etc. I tipped him a few bucks, should have been more. Came out in the rain and traffic, was safe, fast...very pleased.
Jim got our car unstuck for us even though we were out of his area! We went trough AAA and our local tow truck company was not being helpful, pretty much ignoring us. Jim came to our rescue - if we're ever in a jam, definitely going to go with Jim instead of our local company.

Hey Jim. If you aren’t interested in being a AAA Authorized Towing Service, you should relinquish your post. You accepted a tow through AAA last night at 9 pm for my 18 yr old daughter, stranded on a dark road, with a dead car in Pewaukee and no way to have heat. Then you cancelled. While this isn’t all you fault- you are certainly culpable. She sat on the side of that road until we could get our own towing service out to her at 2:30 AM. That is NOT professionalism. Complete Towing to the rescue!! Just glad my daughters alive!!
I've been dealing with Jim for years, but let me tell you about this story. My car was stuck in IL after an accident a few days ago and AAA could not find a tow company to bring it home. I told AAA to contact Jim and they dispatched a tow truck the next morning and got the job done! I'm so happy that I knew of a reputable company like Jim's! I've never asked AAA to bring in a specific provider in the past, but I will for now on! Thanks Jim!
The towing company came out on HWY 94 from a triple AAA call. on 5/27/17 they did an excellent job. showed up very quickly. made it safe for us with hardly any traffic moving over for us. Had us back on the road in no time.
Very good experience today with Jim's Pro Services. My car needed to be towed. The driver, Chad, took extra care to make certain the mostly aluminum underside of my car was not damaged...and he took the time to explain how easily this can happen if the right equipment is not used and the right procedures are not followed. Thank you!
Just got a tow with this service and all I can say is my wife and I were very pleased with this company! Chad was a great guy and worked fast and took great care of us! It's always a huge bummer when things don't go as planned, like a nice night out for dinner that happens rarely and then to have car problems to ruin it... but then to have someone like Chad come along with a positive attitude and help is such a relief! Keep up the great work!!
Crazy crazy driver(s)! Never actually did business with them. We live right down the street from their office and have witnessed their tow truck(s) on a couple occasions in astonishment! I couldn't imagine my vehicle in the hands of such reckless driving. If you see their tow truck, get out of the way!
Jims was the best thing for this Memorial Day weekend for my boyfriend and I. I was stranded on the side of I94 near Oconomowoc, WI and after calling another local service who turned us down, Jims Professional came and saved us after 2+ hours and drove us 65 miles home. Thank you greatly!!
Dangerous and unprofessional.
I had a spare tire put on my car by this service after I suffered a flat. They arrived quickly and had the spare put on, but there was a slight wobble in the drive over to the auto body shop.
I was informed by the mechanics that whomever had put on the spare had failed to tighten the lug nuts sufficiently and that it was very lucky I had arrived safely.
Upon calling Jim's "professional service" they attempted to shrug off responsibility for the mistake and subsequently hung up on me.
The lug nuts and the tire were professionally inspected by the mechanics and were determined to be without fault.
I cannot speak to the frequency of this poor service, but must be critical of how abysmally the situation was handled by the management and how discourteously I was treated as a client.
Professionally towed a snowed-in, frozen to the ground Acura when two other companies declined the service.
A+, intelligent & courteous performance.
