I was under the impression that I could drop off yard waste here. I had 8 large bags of leaves. According to the website, they were supposed to be open until 6pm. It was a little after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, when I arrived. They were closed. And the sign out front was dismantled. I called the 800 number which said I could leave a message. So, I'm not sure if they are here or not. I concluded that this is not a drop-off site. Rather they will rent and drop off a dumpster for you to fill and they may do any removal if you want to hire them for that purpose. It may be just a coincidence that they were closed or maybe they closed early today as it's April Fools Day. I believe it is my errors for misinterpreting what this company actually does and what kind of services they provide for their customers.
My company is in Wisconsin helping with the recent flooding and we used Wisconsin disposal. They got me a 20yd dumpster placed for me in less than 24 hours and I was amazed! Michelle did a wonderful job communicating and meeting our needs in this flooding emergency. When we filled the dumpster, they got me a new one with 45 minutes of my phone call. Excellent, diligent, and 5-star company!
Big shout out to John and the WI Disposal team...We had an outstanding experience with Wisconsin Disposal. They were very accommodating when we shifted our start date and then when we finished early John adjusted for us and picked up the dumpster late on a Friday. We also had a very tight location to get a dumpster in working around overhead wires and John worked his magic to make it work. I also found their price was better for the size we needed. Would definitely recommend them and will use again if I need a dumpster.
