He worked around MY schedule to move this thing! Driver showed up his name was David. He was very polite and helpful. He made sure I was happy with how he was securing the lift on the bed. Great experience with Gessler’s. I needed my car towed to the shop and was overwhelmed with all of the options and reviews I had seen on other companies. I decided to go with Gessler’s and I’m so happy I did. They were professional, on time, and it cost less than I was quoted over the phone. Wouldn't even give a star. I called at 6:45am to get a tow only to cancel it after waiting almost 4 hours. Nice to know that when customers tell you they called early to try to make it to work you dont care at all. I definitely will not be using or referring this place anytime soon. Sad because I try to support local businesses, but this was terrible communication and terrible lack of service.

Please utilize this company. I had a dead vehical and had to get to work by a certain time. The tow truck was at my house in 25 minutes and took care of my dilemma immediately. Also, I was quoted an approximate price for services. The charges were less than the approimate quote, which makes them an honest company. I could have been charged the approximate quote without knowing the difference. Thank you Gessler's. I will defiantly pass on your name. Thank you again for making my dilemma a happy ending.
We have been using Gesslers for 20+ years and I can’t say enough good about them. Sometimes, we need multiple hauls in a day and they are always available to help us. They treat you how you want and expect to be treated. A+ business!!!
Had gesslers move a tool box and some other various shop items for me. His driver was accommodating and careful when loading/unloading the toolbox. Also had them come tow my sisters car after she had been in an accident. Always friendly and great customer service. Will be using them again!
Called Gesslers this past Friday after developing an issue with my truck on my way home from work. Had a tow truck to my house (on the south side of Milwaukee) in less than 60 minutes. Ive used Gesslers only everytime my car has been towed which sadly for me has been too many to count but they have always been there in a timely manner with great attitudes and my cars always made it safely home. Would highly recommend if you need a reliable great towing company.
We used them tonight to tow my sons car. Service was amazing and the person that picked up the car was so helpful and friendly. He kept in constant communication, dropped the car at the requested location, and called to let us know exactly where he parked it at the dealer. Easy process…he handled everything.
