I would highly recommend Silver Lake Auto! My vehicle was serviced at the Hartland location, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. I brought my minivan in for maintenance, and honestly, the hardest part of the whole process was switching three car seats into the loaner vehicle. Thad, the service rep I worked with, went above and beyond to help me move everything over. Not only was he incredibly patient and hands-on, but he also taught me a few things about my own car seats that I didn’t even know — and he did it in such a kind, respectful way that I never once felt embarrassed. Great service, great people, and a team that truly cares. I’ll definitely be going back!

The left rear control arm snapped by the rear mounting on my car while I was driving to work this week. My ABS warning light immediately came on, and I had difficulties steering my car. I called Silver Lake Auto, and within 1 hour they were diagnosing the problem. They gave me a ride back to work and called me 2 hours later to explain the diagnostic report that had already been sent to me. Within 36 hours they had repaired my car and picked me up so that I could drive my car home. Courteous! Professional! Home town service! Quality work with quick turn around times!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Went into full detail what was happening and explained everything and kept me updated throughout the process. Give me a great deal on top of that. Nothing but good things here. Also had a free loaner car to use in the meantime free of charge.

Ever since i took my sons truck here i have had a wonderful experience each time i have had to get any of my vehicles repaired. They do great work and they are honest. My son and i did some front suspension work ands brought the truck in for an alignment. My son asked to have our work checked to make sure everything is tight which we were told we didn’t do the greatest job getting it all right enough. They tightened everything and got his vehicle back the next day. I will continue to take my sons truck and my jeep to here for repairs.

Needed a single tire balanced that was off the car and no one else was able to do it. When my dad Mark called they said that they could do it the next morning no problem. These guys are always willing and able to do the little jobs and help people out!

A couple of weeks ago, my husband discovered a leak in his tire the day before we were leaving town. We had never been to Silver Lake before, but he called and they were able to get his truck in the very same day. They fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, provided excellent customer service, and were extremely knowledgeable. We truly appreciated their help and will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience at Silver Lake Auto Care in Hartland! They were super helpful with my car. As a teen, I was nervous, but they explained everything clearly when I dropped it off, gave me the exact costs, and called as soon as it was ready. Great service!

I was on my way out of town when a tire light came on. I found this location and stopped by. They were kind and friendly and professional. They took my car right in, added air, and assured me that I was good to go. I made it home safely. It was reassuring to know that if I'm ever in that area, they are a "go-to" service. Thank you!

It’s never enjoyable to have to spend $2500 when you thought you would spend less than half that. What makes it digestible, is the fantastic and friendly service team that gets right down to business and gets you back fast and without worry. My next visit should hopefully be cheaper but either way, I value this company and trust them with my vehicles

You cant ask for better service! Highest quality repair as well. They saved me about $7,500 on a transmission repair, and my truck is still running great! Thanks to Thaddeus and Jim and all the great techs in the shop! And they cleaned up the seats and dash and washed my truck! AND they have free cookies!

This facility does not treat you like a number or just another service - they treat you like family. They are warm, welcoming, and explain everything. They go the extra mile and truly care about the customer. Plus, the free cookies made sure the kiddos will be repeat customers 😆. We love Silver Lake - from our first experience, we decided we would only take our cars there moving forward, and for my most recent car issue, we called silver lake & they got us in right away. 10/10 service.

Highly recommend!! This was our first time with Silver Lake and we had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment for new tires next day and they were able to squeeze in a last minute oil change and sensor replacement as well. The courtesy shuttle to and from work was so helpful. Receiving a text with a link to everything that was going on with my car along with pictures explaining issues was extremely helpful. I dropped my car off at 730am and it was done by 330pm. Oh and the chocolate chip cookies were a sweet bonus! Thank you to Thad, Noah and the team!

The complimentary shuttle was also greatly appreciated. They addressed my concerns and provided accommodations I've never experienced from a car dealer or independent service provider before. Always a good experience, been with them probably 15 years although very pricey on vintage car labor. Adam and crew are very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend them
