Dropped off an old dryer and picked up some mulch. A win-win.

I have been bringing my lawn waste here for 34 years and how well this is maintained is amazing.

Just awesome. There's all kinds of recycled stuff here and you can drop off almost all kind of dirt here.

Very nice organized recycling center! All on paved area no driving through big mud holes like near by city’s have. Just show your drivers license, proof of residency and unload.?

Love it. It's so nice a big yard with different recycle sections. Yes. I never see one like this before!

The food service was very limited. The place was very messy. People drop sticks in the center of the lot.

The staff is always very friendly and always willing to help.

We utilize it all the time...disposal of branches, leaves. We also get mulch, dirt and rocks.

Took 35 5 gallon buckets of compost for the garden. Quality looks good.

Easy access, no drama and the best price! Used them a few times to drop off grass clippings. Will return for free mulch and dirt when ready. Thanks! Highly recommend!

Great place to grab free mulch and fertilizer. Gets a bit crowded on the weekend. Well run (otherwise), w/pleasant staff.

This is the 3rd time in a month and a half that I have been turned away because the cardboard dumpsters (only 3) have been full. The first time it was at 8:00 am on a Saturday and today it was at 1:00 pm on a Saturday. This is a "Recycling" center and I can't recycle basic cardboard. Larger companies and most city recycling centers (Waukesha, Wauwatosa, Franklin) have compactors... or empty them before Saturday morning. We should be able to offer the same recycling opportunities as other communities.

The city accepts lawn and garden and tree debris from All City residents and turns it into rich composted soil and shredded wood mulch. And they accept some other things at the recycling center as well

Tuesday and Thursdays 1:00pm-7:00pm from April 1-November 30. Saturdays year round 8:00am-5:00pm. Must be a Brookfield resident with photo id.

I went online after Google search yesterday stating that they were open today Tuesday, 1-7pm . Arrive at 2pm with full load of yard waste to find closed doors with sign that states winter hours are in effect till the first of April! Needless to say as a taxpayer and lifetime resident of Brookfield I'm very disappointed they can't even keep their website updated with the right hours! Apparently the website and Google search engine are not coordinated. I just quickly listened to the results of Google search which did not contain the winter hours, until you open and search the website. Although the website could be better designed to contain useful pertinent information at the top of the page, I must claim partial responsibility for not reading the entire hours, which actually post the winter hours

Great place. Easy to use! Make sure that you are a Brookfield Resident (Brookfield must be on your driver's licence or show up with your Driver's License or Passport and papers that show that you are a registered voter of Brookfield, WI).
