I actually Love this place.
Guys are helpfully and prices are decent.
BUT, I ordered a part from the Oshkosh yard, paid for it, and they were suppose to pull it and get it to west bend. It's a run around, been a week and Oshkosh hasn't even pulled it yet. Then you can't ever talk to the west bend yard, it's all random between yards who answers the phone.
This is very bad business.
I feel that because it's already paid for, they don't give it any attention.
Needed an audio control module for our 2013 Ford Fusion. They had a Fusion in the yard and showed me where it was. Friendliest staff I ever encountered. Pulled the module and they sold it me for less than quoted on the phone. Audio control module worked great. Best auto salvage yard experience in my life and I've had several.
I've dealt with a gentleman named Scott Wilke , a very nice & knowledgeable person that will quickly find you the correct part . It's an easy drive , and have good pricing as well
The staff at Wally's was fantastic. I got kinda lost on my way there, the made sure I had good directions and they helped me load the parts when I got there. Thank you so much.
Ordered a part a week ago paid for it was supposed to be here on Sat then Monday needless to say it's now Thursday still no part and they don't know we're it is
The employees were very nice and friendly, gave me directions when I asked, helped me when I had questions. I definitely enjoyed my experience there and will definitely go back
Well I bought fenders and doors and gas tanks and quite a few parts from them and I always got very good prices steering columns came complete with everything including airbag
If you like paying close to retail for USED parts, this is the place to go.......... guy at the counter doesnt like making deals, which is fine by me, go 5 miles east, they like making money.
Amazing selection of cars and parts, I got about a Dozen parts for my P71 at a very fair price. The people are very helpful and respectful, and willing to work with you for fair prices. The ability to go out with your own wrenches and pull the parts is so refreshing, but having the ability have them do it for you is a nice choice.

Only bad thing was i looked for car that was suppose to be there for a hour. Turns out that it wasnt there. I needed the exercise.
Despite the Oshkosh and West Bend yards are the same company. The organization of the yards are night and day different. Best of luck finding the part you want in Oshkosh. If you want something fast and they have a vehicle your looking for, consider stopping by the West Bend location first. But both do have courteous employees if Oshkosh is closer.
confirmed and ordered a part for my vehicle from tim on Thursday. he stated it would take a day to pull the part. i told tim that i would be driving 4 hours on Saturday to pick it up. while driving to their place on Saturday and 1/2 way there, i called tim, once they opened, to let him know i was on my way. tim stated that they weren't able to pull the part and it wasn't at the west bend site. he told me to drive to the Oshkosh and pull the part myself so i told him that i would.
i arrived at the Oshkosh and checked in at the counter. they let me know where i should look for the vehicle and part. after walking around in3 inches of mud, i finally found the vehicle but the part, a hood, wasn't there
it was already gone. i went back to the counter and asked them to check if the part was already pulled and placed in the building. they didn't find my part.
the person working the counter showed me on the computer that a part
was transferred to the west bend location so i called tim again. tim stated that no part/hood was at his site even those the computer screen showed info. i thanked tim for wasting my entire Saturday in the car.
before you drive to this company, have them send you a real picture of what you need before working with this company....they are the worst!!!!
Excellent people that are knowledgeable and it shows in there excellent attitude and performance . Every one of the people that work here anew super helpful To name a few Dawn she's excellent cares about there customers for sure ty again , & then Hans he's been a joy to work beside as he has helped me out huge when I was in a very scared accident in my love my Ford F-150 RIP I will miss you lol truck , but I'm telling you Hans has helped make this so less painful in many ways again thankyou all at wallys , peace to all ,and enjoy life too don't work so hard ALL the time , Relax a day !!!! Horrible experience.. brought a car there to scrap.. had brand new tires on it so was going to keep those to sell.. we brought car in on a dolly and asked where we should put it.. the guy said that where we had it was fine.. take tired off there and we are all good.. so we put car in park and pulled dolly out and there the car sat... we started taking tires off and a younger tall guy with red hair comes out screaming and yelling at us we can't do that there.. need to pull out out by road off the property.. I said the older gentleman just told us we were fine here.. we asked twice.. he even looked and said ya right there is fine.. get tires off and all good.. he said I don't care and swearing at us.. I was so surprised by being yelled at berated I just left it there.. was a very hostile situation for no reason.. will never go back or recommend this place.. wish I could give 0 stars..
2 weeks ago went in paid for car parts and paid extra for them to take off. Because it was way to muddy to get to it by walking. They said will have off in a couple days. 2 weeks later we get a text They have it ready. OK drive a half one way. Well they don't have 2 of the parts off..... so we will ship them..... really???? Not impressed.....
If I could leave no stars definitely would. Beware of forklift driver, COMPLETELY RUDE! Left immediately. Should not be aloud to interact with customers at all.
Drive 2 hours one way to pickup parts that I called about 2 weeks ago and put a hold and then again this morning and get there and they are all gone. Guy has no clue what happened. Wasted 4 hours for nothing . Get your inventory straight
Like that I can walk out and find my own parts of my choosing. They also offer staff to pull a part for an extra small fee for those who don't have tools on hand. Very reasonably priced. Friendly staff
The guy at the front desk was nice but all the vehicles are sitting on their frames in the yard is very inconvenient. There was a worker driving around a giant forklift very carelessly if my boyfriend wasn't aware that the guy was just whipping around the yard he could have very easily been injured. Will not return.
Better than just a u-pull-it. Ally in the office is really nice and helpful. They will also take the parts off of the car if you would like for a small fee.
I modify throttle bodies for fuel efficiency and called Wally's on Monday morning EARLY, and ordered a part. As I was leaving on business the following Saturday, the part neeeded to be deliverable to me by Friday at the latest to fulfill the order, else I offered to supply an alternate address, that I might process my customer's order.
Not only did the part NOT arrive by Friday, it didn't arrive until the following Wednesday, and required to be re-packaged ans shipped to the alternate destination, adding additional cost and TIME to fulfill the order.
Then, it was Saturday next before the throttle body FINALLY arrived, and when it came out of the box, ALL MOVING PARTS were COMMPLETELY siezed. Even after soaking for two days in the strongest solvents, it was STILL totally unusable.
I ordered the part from Patrick, and spoke to Victor on the following MOnday (TWO weeks after the original order) and I was placed on hold, and I finally gave up on getting a refund after more than 17 minutes on hold.
And the Muzak wasn't even that pleasant!
You need to be able to TRUST the people you do business with, and these people cannot even keep their word, let alone be bothered to CHECK a part before they send it out.
Next step? Dispute the charge. I WISH I could bill THEM for the additional time and expense, to say NOTHING of the cost to MY customer for their complete lack of concern for this customer.
That's not the way I do business.

PS: Once the wait was finally over, Patrick finally came on line, and told me I needed to provide my credit card information to apply the credit, and that he couldn't refund my money without it, and with pictures of the part. He showed VERY little concern and was more interested in following HIS procedures than in making it right with me.
Sad.
