I got some parts for my corolla and i wanted to share my great experience with the owner and other employees. They were very professional and helpful in guiding disassembly and offered to help to an extent. I'm really pleased with the owner. He offered a great deal at a fair price for the multiple parts aquired. He even offered to hold parts for me for the next day. I was offered refreshments as it was a hot day. Everyone there did a great job. I am very pleased with my experience. I woild recommend them anytime.
I had mistakenly bought an RV a few years ago and I needed it gone. Mike came out and grabbed it no problem after 6 or 7 other companies had decided they didn't want to deal with it. Stand up guy and stayed in contact with me while planning today's project.
A Wonderful Visit to AJ Auto Salvage – Slinger, WI
During our recent visit to Wisconsin, my 11-year-old son had his heart set on finding a genuine Wisconsin license plate as a keepsake. It proved harder than expected, until someone recommended AJ Auto Salvage in Slinger.
From the moment I called, the friendliness stood out. When we arrived, the owner, Mike Pipia, greeted us warmly. Noticing our accents, he asked where we were from and quickly realised the plates were for my son. To my son’s delight, not one but three plates had been set aside for him – and Mike insisted they were a gift. He refused any payment, saying they were just for the boy. It made his day!
I asked if I could take a look around the yard, and a kind and professional member of staff gave me a short tour – pointing out some real vintage gems. Meanwhile, my son was looked after by Mike’s son, who brought him bottled water and some candy.
Their kindness, generosity, and time left a lasting impression. AJ Auto Salvage didn’t just help us find a souvenir – they gave us a beautiful memory. Thank you, Mike and team!
I needed some parts for my 1990 Chevy truck. I talked to Joey on the phone and he said to come on in and take a look we have lots of obs Chevy trucks. When I arrived a man named Matt showed me what they had. Let's just say I left with alot more than I intended on buying. Mike the owner was great too, told me if I pulled the stuff myself he'll make me a deal. Everyone there was super nice and very helpful. thanks again.
Very unprofessional and conniving. Gave them all the info I had on vehicle, tricked me into spending 400.00 and couldn’t give me a refund based on their mistake

Needed a hatch glass replaced on my Expedition and they had it. Mike pulled the part off the other vehicle and then asked if I wanted his help to install it right away. He called in some helpers to hold up the tailgate and I drove away with the glass installed after he jump started my truck because it died while we were working on it. Unbelievable service!
Very helpful and smart. They make sure you know what you are pulling. I was from out of town and they used their own tools to get my part. A small fee for credit card is nothing compared to the help and lesson that was given. These guys seem to know their parts!
I recommend you call these folks to see if they have your part. In the middle of nowhere but that's a good thing
Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and easy to work with, which actually seems like a rarity in the salvage world today. By far the cleanest salvage yard I've been through. The prices were just right! I definitely recommend doing business here!
Mike the owner was extremely professional, personable and patient . The office is very clean, the staff are all very helpful and the pricing is very reasonable. I went in looking for a spare tire - he took the time to ensure that I got one that fit correctly. 5 Stars, will be going back again!
My car died at a gas station so I called a few places to see if I could get anything for it. Mike gave me $150 more than anyone else and came out to Pewaukee to pick it up within 30min of my call. He was very friendly and helpful! No-brainer to call these guys!
Mike is super helpful! I called to see about salvaging my car, but after a friendly chat with Mike, I started to consider repairing it. He was sympathetic to my situation (catalytic converter stolen) and knew about how much it might cost to replace. The next day I had a muffler shop replace it and drove off very happy, all due to Mike's suggestion!

Just wanted to follow up here with a fantastic review of both AJ Auto Salvage as well as the owner Mike who couldn't have made the process any easier for me! I woke up at 8am knowing that I needed to junk my car but did not know where to go for that sort of thing, but after calling Mike I had no need to look any further. He kept me up to date on his whereabouts and when he would be arriving, and after giving him the required paperwork he handed me the cash and that was all she wrote! Couldn't have been easier!! Needed a vehicle that has been sitting for awhile removed from my garage. Mike was very polite and very professional when dealing with him. Worked well with scheduling a pick up and got it done quickly. Explained how everything will be done and what needed to be done when we hit a snag when the car wouldn't go into neutral. My experience with AJ auto was junking my 1998 Chevy Cavalier, the owner Mike was friendly, helpful, and quick. He paid me a decent price considering how much most others offered and was entirely professional. I'm not one to usually fill out positive reviews but I feel that he deserves it for his time and effort. I recommend them.
