Josh did an incredible job servicing my 2007 350Z Roadster. I had asked him to do a functional restoration. I gave him a list of everything I could think of at the time. Josh went over the car with a fine-toothed comb and identified so many things I failed to recall up front. In total, he completed 19 service tasks ranging from the entire braking system (calipers, rotors, fluid) to every rocker switch, to window motors… even the gas shocks that keep the trunk open were replaced. Every fluid, hose and belt was replaced. He also did a half dozen little things, just because it was logical for him to do so while he was immersed. And, with each item, Josh kindly checked with me before proceeding. His communication was outstanding and compassionate.

Great service! Josh really cares for you and your vehicle. He explained everything in detail and sent pictures with descriptions of the issues and went over the cost breakdown. Both the customer service and the technical work from Josh was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Josh has been amazing to work with on my son’s older vehicle that needed repair several times. Josh explained everything, shared before and after photos of what he was working on and was totally transparent with pricing. Josh has even helped me get a part replaced that is under warranty from a distance while my son is at basic training and the car is in Milwaukee. Josh is thorough and definitely pays attention to detail and supports every step of journey in the repair. Super impressed with Josh and highly recommend his work to anyone needed auto repairs.

Josh is very thorough in his work. He explains what the repairs are and will make recommendations if he finds something in need and provide a detailed explanation. Josh also offers a loaner vehicle so you are not without wheels. Josh is very approachable and easy to work with. He provides quality work.

My van kept turning over but wouldn't start. I was looking for a shop that was nearby the Hazlehurst area that could service my vehicle asap. I found this 5 star business on Google so I decided to give it a call. Josh answered within a few rings, we spoke about what was going on with the van. He gave me a tow number to get it towed over to his shop within a few hours. A couple days later Josh called me saying the vehicle was fixed and described THOROUGHLY everything that he found and what the root cause was. I was expecting a huge bill that was going to be well over $1,000. It was just a ground wire leading to the fuel pump. Josh who is the owner of this company is a fair and honest guy. Anybody who's reading this.. trust me you're in good hands here. Thanks Josh!

Josh is what I've been looking for in local auto repair. Ended up broken down with a fairly new vehicle while on a camping trip in Minocqua. It was near the end of the business day for most auto shops in the area when I realized I would need to have my truck towed, so my wife and I started calling around. We ended up having my truck towed to Unified auto.
Josh is highly skilled and takes pride in his work. It is easy to see he loves what he does. His process is highly transparent, and I received pictures of the issues he found while performing the inspection of my vehicle. I was able to approve each individual job through his work order system, which I easily accessed through text on my phone. I got my truck back running and riding better than the day I got it off the lot. I liked his work so much; I brought my wife's vehicle in for routine maintenance when going over to pick up my truck after the work was completed.
He has extensive knowledge of vehicles in general. He knows what issues tend to plague certain makes and models, down to the year that the manufacturers rectified problems. In other words, he knows what to look for on the vehicle you bring in to him.
In summary, this was one of the best experiences I've had as a consumer. Fantastic business.
Josh was great to work with! Very professional and was very easy to communicate with over the phone/text. When you drop your vehicle off you get a very detailed overview of your vehicle (inside and out) in order to be more informed of potential things to be aware of that you may not have known. Very straight forward with the pros/cons in decisions in order to make the best choice. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Josh was excellent to work with and did a great job on my Fusion replacing my shifter cable and front brakes. He is very professional and prompt with communication and updates. He was able to squeeze me in last minute while I was in town for a long weekend. I could not have been more pleased with his service!
