I came to get my oil changed in our ‘18 Pacifica. They discovered that the engine air filter was missing and cab air filter was very dirty. Also the oil filter was missing the
O-ring! They took are off replacing all that.
The last place we had the oil changed and a check done totally missed important issues and lost the o-ring!
Thank goodness for this great service from Schneiders!
Not a long wait time , very clean bathroom, tv and water, coffee or hot chocolate while you wait.

Absolutely amazing service. Friendly staff. I went in as a walk in they got my car check out right there and we scheduled the repairs. The repairs were completed super fast and my car runs better than it was. I couldn’t be happier. The replaced my breaks and wheel bearings
Called and talked to PAT for a tow about 20 mins away and he was en route immediately. I was able to get unstuck myself before he arrived so i called him and told him i got out. Pat was polite and professional even though i called off his service. I think this is important to note because ive worked with tow trucks before where they are rude and demanding. Pat was cool. So, although i did not do business with schneiders, i had a very polite interaction with them where they responded immediately. Now i know who to suggest for any tow/collision/repairs around here.
Very outgoing n tells you honestly what they find out about your vehicles whole updates,n problems...and do their best to fix them all,but they give you estimate s n work with you on it all....very nice guys,n I highly recommend...[.oh n the best part i like ..is they don't try n take advantage of you just cause im a women....as I found some places do , but these guys do not.]...n I love that...I will always have them fix my vehicles...

They got me into a last-minute appointment when I really needed it and then scheduled my grandma for the following day and got everything done in a reasonable time. They are an awesome and efficient team! I will definitely be a returning customer.
Great service with reasonable prices! I like the text message updates with pictures giving the status of maintenance in progress. Open, honest , transparent.
Very quick turn around time. Needed tires for my truck. Ordered tires on a Friday. Tires arrived on Monday and installed on Tuesday. Could have been installed on the Monday but that didn’t fit my schedule. Nice people to work with.
Chad is very knowledgeable and could tell it's one of their key focal points to make sure you're taken care of! I use them for my personal vehicles along with my business trucks!
I had to have my car towed, and they were very prompt and friendly. My starter motor ended up needing to be replaced. They quoted me $1,600 ($182 of that was for the tow and diagnostics) I ended up having my regular mechanic fix it for $700. I understand parts and labor are expensive, but I was shocked that there was such a big difference between the two places. Definitely get a second opinion before letting Schneiders do work to your car.

The staff at Schneider Auto were friendly and kept me informed of the repair that needed to be done on the vehicle. They also had it done before the scheduled time. I would highly recommend them.
The service was prompt and it goes down the road great, however when I went to turn my headlights on this morning, the switch is now broken away from the dash.It wasn't broke yesterday. I don't know if someone broke it with their knee or what happened? Schneider Auto responded and told me to bring it in. They were prompt at fixing the problem.Friendly people and great service.They aim to please.
Great friendly service, with knowledgeable workers, and fair priced services. Been coming to the shop for a couple years since my wife and I have moved to the area and every time things get done efficiently and is always quality work. Great experience with Schneider Auto. After inspection, they explained the repairs I would need by priority; they also emailed this info. They were patient with my questions, and when I wanted to get additional advice from a family member. Cost was what I expected and they were able to get to the repairs quickly. Everyone was polite, professional yet friendly. The office is neat and clean. Seems like an efficient, nicely-run business. Will definitely utilize them again.

I am willing to bet Schneider automotive service, knowledge, quality, and reliability are hands down the best in the county, state and yes the nation. Hands down. 'NO CAP' -as the kids' would say. With a detailed analysis sent to your phone with photos and descriptions they don't miss a beat. To anyone asking I cannot stress enough-

I couldn't be happier with this place. I've had some mysterious problems with my Subaru and Mike went above and beyond to figure it out. The car is running great. They are fantastic communicators and skilled mechanics. We highly recommend them.
