Don and his staff went above and beyond for me! I needed a different sized hitch and my old one was stuck in the receiver. It was a one problem leads to another kind of day. I also had a blown fuse on my truck for trailer lights and they helped me with that too! They got the problems solved for me. Very happy, would recommend them to anyone!
Nice place. I had them install airbags on my F250's rear suspension to help reduce sag while pulling a heavy trailer. They also replaced the worn-out shocks for me. They did great job.
This is a really great place to do business! Everyone was nice and very helpful from the front desk to the salesman to the guy helping hook up my new trailer and making sure everything was good to go. Very nice facility, highly recommend!!
Worked with Theron on purchasing a 2022 Ski-Doo Expedition 600. What an easy process at Frenchville Trailer Sales! The unit was as described, I was in and out loaded in under 30 minutes with all paperwork complete. This was nice as they were a 4.5 hour drive from me. Put 120 miles on the next day without issue.

Terrible customer service, topper showed up needing repairs, waited over a month because apparently leer will not not send proper parts without a big order. Nothing but excuses by the sales department. Lost time from work, and paid the ridiculous 3% credit card fee. Topper cost me an additional $400.00 for that. I took it in the shorts. Stay away, lousy service, lots of excuses. Rear handle also scuffed. I guess I learned????
I have purchased, sold, had my horse trailer’s maintenance done here for several years. I have had electric jacks, cameras, fans and some re wiring done on them as well. Awesome place, great customer service fair prices. Highly recommend.
Frenchville trailer sales did an excellent job. I sent my parents there to look for an enclosed trailer. The unit was sold prior to their arrival, but Jason guided myself and my parents to a comparable unit a little better suited to my needs. The communication and honesty were much appreciated. I was hoping to pull up and pay asking price for a 2021 dump trailer. When I showed up and went to test the trailer it made all sorts of noises I’ve never heard a dump trailer make. Sales staff was unwilling to make an adjustment. After I watched one of their team members crash a brand new trailer into their building I decided maybe today isn’t the day for me to buy a trailer.
I made the trip to Frenchville only to find out the wrong topper was sent for my truck. He didn’t have to but Jason knocked a little off the price for my trouble. Will do business there again
Theron and family are really some exceptional people, the service here is incredible. We ordered a couple truck bodies and CM forgot to ship the hitches and mud flaps. Did Frenchville say, "tough luck"? Nope. They loaded up the parts they had and drove them right to my front door. After this, the hitches I got actually didn't work with the curt rail, and my hitches had just been delivered to their shop. What did they do? Loaded them up and hauled them directly to me right away. It's refreshing to experience this kind of service and pride in their business. I will refer them to anyone, and will be a future customer for years to come. Thanks guys!

The experience could not have been any better! Fast communication from Jason, the new Big Tex was ready to roll after my 5 hour drive to see it. Paperwork was finished and I was out of there in 15 minutes and never sat down. They even swapped my receiver/ball to ensure the correct ride height. Excellent people - the kind of folks you'd love to have as a neighbor!
I am extremely impressed with the whole crew (Theron, Jason, & Shelly), they were all excellent to work with. I did the whole deal of trading in my old trailer on a new one from them over the phone, then drove 3 1/2 hours to pick it up. It was definitely worth the drive and I'm thrilled with my new trailer.
