From out of town and needed service for a water pump quickly..they were able to get me in and out same day in matter of hours, an even loaned me a vehicle for a few hours...Great Service! Highly recommended.
About a month ago I blew my engine. Kevin and his team were so great with taking care of me. It all started with the tow. Lots of communication and made me feel comfortable especially considering I know nothing about vehicles 😅
2 weeks after getting my car back, on Friday night, my alternator went out. I called Kevin to see if I could have AAA tow it there. He of course said yes, even offered to drive 45 miles to pick it up if AAA couldn't get someone to get it. Worked on it right away and got it done by Sunday for me!

Smith Automotive Services is Great!! My daughter had two tires blow out from hitting an obstacle on the highway, so I called Smith Auto, and Kevin jumped into action. Picked up her car and took the time to help pick out the tires I wanted. Had new tires installed in less than 24 hrs. Price was better than anticipated since this was an emergency repair. Definitely highly recommend them if you're in need of auto repair or towing.

I’m from out of state working here and needed work on my truck, found this shop that was close to where I was staying. They even loan me a car so I could continue to work. Clean well mannered workers, well maintained shop with honesty. Since the first repair, I have returned several times for upgrades to my vehicle. Now I even brought another car in to have maintenance done.
Had hybrid sonata with a flat towed there by AAA . The hybrid doesn’t come with a spare. They quickly determined the cause and fixed the pressure monitoring sensor and valve within 2 hours .

My engine blew up and they immediately came to pick up Myself, a friend, and my dog from the side of the road. We were far from home and Kevin was extremely accommodating as far as the timeline of when I was able to come pick my car up. 10/10 would recommend.

Dropped off vehicle on a Sunday night and left the keys in the drop box. Monday morning they had called and ordered all parts and vehicle was completed by 4:30pm same day. Great communication, professional quality service, and value. I trust their work for my family’s vehicles.
While moving our son to college this fall he ended up blowing out a tire on I-41 near Eden. We called Smith Automotive and they quickly came out and towed the vehicle to the local Ford Dealership because they didn't have a replacement tire. Our day was a mess because of this but the folks at Smith Auto made our terrible day a little bit better with their fast service and smile. We highly recommend them.

On Friday February 14 at 5:30am I found that my car was in need of a jump start. I phoned my roadside assistance provider. 30 minutes later I phoned them again and was told that "service" providers in Fond du Lac either refused to come out or didn't answer the phone! They said they'd keep trying. 20 minutes later a very nice gentleman from Smith Automotive called and said he was on his way. Thank goodness for Smith Automotive in Eden, they get the job done😉
My daughter had a brake line fail.Kevin had towed it to the shop because it was unsafe to drive. He was able to get her back on the road early next day. Which is very important to me trying to teach them the importance of a good a work ethic and doing everything possible to show up to work.
Kevin is very reasonable and great to work with. I would recommend his shop to anyone.
SIX STARS! Kevin, the owner, was incredible! We broke down on our way out of town with 3 kids (an hour ago) and he helped us get on the road as quickly as possible.
