Just the best. I needed an OEM fan for a Continental Mark III which is kind of an unusual car (it's not a Lincoln Continental as that's much a completely different car and powertrain). Completed the deal, they kept in touch during a temporary closure and shipped promptly and very well packaged. I wish they had more parts for my car that I needed. Will definately keep checking their website for such.
Ordered a part for my ‘53 Packard. Have them all the info on the ‘order form’. They only accept PayPal, fine. I used my PayPal. Then they used one of the address on my PayPal account instead of the one on my order. Both addresses are on my PayPal account. They sent it to the address that came up first on my PayPal instead of the one from the order.
The part was returned to them and they refused to own that the mistake was made by using an address different from my order. A simple phone call to me could have solved this. Instead they will not re-ship the part unless I pay shipping again from their mistake.
I am giving them 2-stars because they at least had the part. They need to either pay attention to the order or learn basic online tech.
I use PayPal all the time and this is the first instance of this happening. Sad my car still needs a drag link.
Mike is a great guy and fair. He followed up as promised and was there to help me when our temp mail carrier delivered my package to another neighborhood! Mike shared the mailing receipt he printed (great detail Mike!!) so I could have the post office track the part and find it!
Without his thoroughness I may have never got the local help I needed to track the package. The way this company does business is thorough and responsible and I am eternally grateful! The parts I bought are so hard to find but they had them and, again, I am so appreciative. Thks Mike - Jeff in AZ

I have used Borth auto parts for years working on 40's Cadillac's and Desoto's. His parts have always been as described and shipped promptly. One part was damaged in shipping and he gave me credit for the full price.
he is fast to respond when you are interested in a part on his website i purchased a antenna switch from him that was falling apart and didn't work i sent a e mail letting him know that the part he sent was no good no response from him at all . instead of trying to resolve the issue he ignored me, bad business person would not recommend buying from borth auto parts
