Cody was fantastic! Even with a super busy morning, he still took the time to pick up my truck and me, bring us to the shop, and then take me to the gas station afterward for the bathroom while I waited for my husband to pick me up. Truly above and beyond. He will be my first call in the future. Super professional and really invested in his customers.
Well my almost 2 year streak since locking my keys in my car ended today. Big thank you to 24-7 Towing and Auto Repair. My call was answered by a person instead of having to leave a message, to wait around for a call back. The great employee Cody, was super helpful. He got to my work in less then 10 min and had me back in my car w in seconds. Fair price and top notch service. Glad to have this company in my community! So this shop has been a VERY VERY pleasant find ! In today’s world you never know what kind of service you’re gonna get . From being fairly priced, knowledgeable, timely etc.etc ..
The Owner has got excellent people skills and is great with communicating as well . It doesn’t matter text, email , or phone call , he is on top of it no matter what !!!
My family and I have had routine maintenance, tires , brakes etc and they are always good on how long it will take to get it done and how fast we can get it in the shop as well !! I had an alternator go on me when I was on the highway one time and it was a blessing ! One phone call and they were there before I knew it !
I have turned many friends of the family on to 24/7 and will continue to as it gets harder and harder to get mechanics you can trust .

Cody took my kids and I all the way from Sheboygan falls to oshkosh when my car broke down! He was the only one who answered me help not being from Wisconsin as I didnt know where to go!
One of the shadiest towing companies out there. They stole/towed my car with no call. Then when I went in to get my car they are saying I stole my own car, which I did not, it's on camera. The situation is laughable from the towing company and the police. They work with Elkhart police dept to make money on event days. I demand that i will not be paying this ridiculous fee for towing when I got no call, and the street parking was not stapled to trees until the morning of.
For reference this happened on Saturday july 5th when the fire works happened and the entire street on both sides was full of cars. I'm sure they made a killing. Corrupt company
Stopped by to see if they could do a quick tire repair and they got it in immediately and fixed it within five minutes. Extremely friendly and efficient local automotive place that I would highly recommend based on my experience.
Fair and easy to communicate with. They treat you with respect and they don't make you feel less or belittle you for condition of your car or parts. They just help and fix it.
Was stranded with a flat tire in freezing weather. Cody was able to get to me quickly and provided the nicest service. Could not have imagined better service (even stopped to let me get a coffee to warm up). Hope I don’t have to get towed again soon but if I did I would 100% use 24-7.
Awful experience. Cody had helped us and after saying we’d be charged $150, he turned around and charged over 4x that amount. He’s the reason there’s damage to the car. Don’t go here unless you’re ready to spend hours of him giving shit suggestions on how to get out just so he can extend the amount of time he’s out and can get more money. Don’t let them take advantage of you!
Great guys at this shop! My car broke while I was out of town. These guys picked it up and fixed it quick and for very good price. They went above and beyond. Best shop I've ever dealt with!
