Horrible parts store!!! Every time my husband has gone there, they always give him the wrong parts. So then we have to return them and drive all the way to Wausau to OReillys to get thr right parts. Today they wouldn't even answer the phone even tho they were open for 10 more minutes. I would avoid this store and never recommend Napa to anyone. Unacceptable service
I arrived at the store for a piece I needed for my car and there was a customer already in the store being attended to. At the end I waited more than 20 minutes and his conversation did not end the conversation. What I heard was personal, it was not about something in the store, leave those conversations alone. Outside of work I say it because of the store worker I got angry and I left and he never paid attention. I won't go to this store again, it's close to me but it's better even if I have to drive further distance I'll never return to Napa?
I went to Napa to pick up a few things and the guy at the counter Cody was so nice and helpful. Usually I buy things from Wausau or bigger towns but I remembered we had this place nearby. I went in and this gentleman was super helpful and friendly. He actually made my morning. Won’t go anywhere else when I need something for my car. Headed to Napa Wittenberg first. Stop by and say hello to Cody if you are nearby.
The owners of the NAPA Auto went above and beyond even after they were closed. Our car battery was dying when driving into their parking lot as they were locking up the building. They went back inside, found the right battery, and helped me install it so we both could enjoy our nights. They could have easily said they were closed and left us stranded, but they didn’t. We are very thankful for their excellent customer service!
Since the new owners took over the store 3 months ago they are very accommodating! For parts they don't have, they will order it! Excellent customer service!
I had the worst customer service ever. I went in to get a rear directional light for my truck got home went to put it in it's the wrong one which I was like ok it happens no big deal drove back to return it and get the correct one the guy was like here's the new one but we wont take back the other one because you opened it. I said I thought it was the correct one you gave this to me. He said to bad You have to keep it now. What a waste of $10 on their mess up. He then said most people look at the bulbs before take the new ones out.. How cocky and rude. I will never go back there.
