Store hours listed as 7 am open. Lights are on. Open sign is on . Currently 7:15 am. No answer on the phone. Door is locked. This has happened to me numerous times at this location. I'll just start taking my business elsewhere

Had what I needed in-stock, was in and out in less then 5 minutes smooth and easy transaction

You should hire kids with a work ethic and Good customer service. Not the ones that are currently employed there. I called looking for a part. I wanted them to confirm that they had it. They would not get up and go walk to the aisle to confirm that it was in stock. I drove 25 minutes out of my way. When I got there I found the item was out of stock.

Came in for a battery test and battery and received amazing assistance from AJ and Stefond. I’m all about service! I live in Madison, but anytime I visit Sauk City and need to stop there, I will! I recommend 1000%!!!! Great team atmosphere!

The dude in there was very helpful towards headlights, got what I needed and was out in under ten minutes

They have been so helpful. I'm not anything close to mechanical but they have dumbed it down enough that I could mostly figure it out

Came in yesterday with vehicle troubles, Jeff was very helpful explaining what was going on and what to get done. Ended up needing to come back today for another part, and he was super helpful in figuring out what my best options were for pricing, where to get it installed, and how to get it all done for a fair price. Super nice guy and extremely helpful, I cannot thank him enough for his help.

Jeff is awesome. I came in for windshield wiper fluid - he was busy with other things and still chatted with me about what to get & was even kind enough to fill it up in my car for me. Super appreciative of my interaction with him and his help. Great guy. Will definitely be back to this store in the future because of him!

I needed a battery, & it was New Years day, & O'Reilly in Sauk was open!! The employee @ the counter (Jeff), was just awesome!! He checked my alternater, battery, & starter ...& told me I needed a battery. After I bought a new battery there, Jeff expertly removed the old one, & installed the new one. The estimated time was supposed to be 40 min. - 1 hr. Jeff did it in about 15 min!! It was a great experience, & Jeff is a great asset to O'Reilly Auto Parts! THANK YOU, JEFF! I would highly recommend anyone in need of a battery to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sauk City, WI.

Jeff at the Sauk City location was amazing. Saw me looking for wiper blades and had a suggestion for a Bosch version. That was great. But then I happened to mention I had just replaced these not too long ago, and he checked the warranty for me, even though I wasn't 100% sure I had purchased the old blades at O'Reilly's. Turns out that I had AND they were in warranty. SUPER! He rang me up and then offered to help change them out, since he needed the blades for the warranty. WOW! We had them changed and I was on my way in a flash. AWESOME!! THANK YOU, Jeff! Nicely done, I greatly appreciate your help!!

Good if you need everyday parts rip off for everything else, moog tie rod end 200$ or 60$ online motorcraft fuel filter 110$ or 50$ online for the same parts. Quit making other people sponser your stupid nascar races

We travel in our 1989 Dodge Van fulltime. When it comes to picking out an auto parts store that we will be going back to numerous times we try to find one that’s close to where we are with people we trust. We are so happy that the second we walked into this location we were greeted with some of the most friendly people we met. We’ve been back numerous times & they know me by name & vehicle. I am so happy that I found a place where I can trust them as well as have a friendly conversation! Thanks guys!

I like the staff. I see some reviews with staff complaints but I find these staff members to be far more helpful than most Orilleys I've had to buy parts from.

Been our local parts store for a long time, great store, great employees, great delivery service. They'll get any part you need if it isn't already in-house within 24 hours. They have a store-to-store delivery service that makes that possible. Tm It's a very respectable parts house. They may charge a little more sometimes, but for the selection and availability of parts they have within the time that they have them, it is worth it. Stopped to get a set of wiper blades for a 2019 Honda Civic. Was given a 26" blade and a 24" blade. Drove 12 miles home to find out that the 26" blade was correct but the 24" blade was to big. Drove 12 miles back to exchange blade. Counter person thought it would be funny to make a joke about the mistake. This mistake cost me 24 miles of driving, my gas, and my time. Will not go there again. People beware!!

Yeah I need freon in my vehicle and the guys were real helpful courteous put the freon in my car no charge for that they had my air conditioner working and 5 minutes

Helped by a new employee who was fantastic, even stayed late to make sure I got the best deal possible and the right item, highly recommend.

They had what I needed as usual. I tried to stop at all O'Reilly's while I'm traveling if I need anything. As the employees are always helpful and friendly.

Finally a Auto store that will replace from. Light bulbs to car battery's Everyone is very friendly. This is why I keep going back!!

Came in today to get a spark plug for a Honda 5.5 horse and Christopher the employee could not manage to to figure out how or if they had one. I had to look it up myself on my phone and then let them know what it was and then it took them ten minutes to cash me out. They were not informative nor knowledgeable so don’t expect to get answers from them.

Not the people here, but O'Reilly's. I get a few parts here, but today I call for a front bearing assembly, $231.00 OEM parts cost. Got the same part online for 52.00 and a one year guarantee, OEM I can wait a day for $180.00 bucks, sorry O'Reilly's yes I got it from part geeks

Purchase Mothers Nulens headlight Renewal Kit not expecting 3000 grit foam finishing disc. Was missing called them up explained what happened. He said will take care of you I get there empty my kit on the counter I tell him its missing 3000 grit foam. his words you already open it and used it . Actually he open it early on October 24,2017 at 6:55 pm . So I tell him he needs to open another kit he does and tossed it on the counter here take it his words I'm not gonna worry about it as i was examining the 3000 grit foam all my kit still on the counter some how he takes my 3"soft flex backing plate puts it in the kit that's missing the 3000 grit foam this guy is some magician so for those who shop at O'Reilly Auto parts be very aware when buying kits .MY EXPERIENCE ?
