Was just there for some new wimdshield wipers & johnathan was kind enough to to brave the cold (-10 deg.) Weather to install them for me!! Very helpful with picking the wipers and installing them!! Thank you! Great experience
Went here to get wipes for vehicle asked to have them put on guy behind counter said he couldn't because he was the only one in at the store who does this? I'm to short to put them on myself and it says free blade installation right on the window
I highly recommend O'Reilly's , they are very knowledgeable and willing to help you. They will help you find what you need and walk through any questions you may have. I was just there and Jonathon was so kind to replace a headlight bulb! As we get older it's nice to know there are good people out there to help you!! I am very appreciative!

Charlie, Parker, and Shane all were very helpful when my alternator went out on my dually truck. I got the necessary guidance for which part would work the best and all tools needed to get the job done. I would highly recommend stopping in for all your automotive needs at this location. Usually shop here anyways, however a person made a mistake on my order and forgot to order one part and it was not ready. The person working made it more than right and I was on my way. Will continue to shop here as always...
After removing a misthreaded bolt from my vehicle, I needed a replacement but couldn't find one in the area. As an out-of-towner, I visited several stores, including other O'Reilly's location in the Wisconsin Dells but returned empty-handed.
My car was stuck. I mentioned my situation to the store staff in Baraboo, and though they didn't have the bolt, David stepped in. He voluntarily fixed the threads on my bolt using a hand tool that I wasn't even aware existed, saving the day. I was able to get back on the road. Thanks David!
Ask for Brandon, the Assistant Manager. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. We had a guy named Tommy screw up but Brandon fixed it and was so sweet about it. Even went out of his way to help us figure out what was wrong with our car. Definitely ask for Brandon when you go here, he will take care of you!
2017 Explorer had a weak battery. This Oreillys is right next to an Autozone. I always pick O Reilly’s over other auto maintenance stores. This O Reilly’s was no different. Friendly, professional service. Shane swapped out our battery and put on new wipers as well. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Good folks at this O Reilly’s. I will continue to patronize O Reilly’s stores. Thank you

They need more managers like this one at other locations the manager at this place his name is leo very helpful ,knows how to talk to customers and a lot of common sense with part's
Bought a part. Paid a deposit to borrow a tool. Really nice arrangement some places have. You can rent or borrow tools on deposit so you don't have to purchase. Cost effective if you only have to use the tool one time.
Wish I could give 10 stars. On vacation 600 miles from home and they went out of their way to help us. Even delivering the new part to my vehicle... Who says there isn't good people in the world anymore
Not super friendly but congenial and all round good customer service. Big Auto zone moved in next to them. I asked the counter person if it had affected their business any. Said he hadn't noticed. Slick answer. Spoke volumes.
The worst service I have ever had. I don't have much expectation for this store but today was the last day we will be coming back. We asked for help as she sat on the computer, avoiding eye contact, and not moving a muscle. I can not believe this store will stay in business much longer with the lack of service and enthusiasm go help a paying regular customer.
I went in today with a belt that had nothing to do with automotive but hope they might have something similar that I could make work
The Assistant Manager went one stop further and repaired my belt in about five minutes

I needed to quickly change out my backup light so the vehicle would pass DMV inspection for my sons driver test that same morning. They went to replace it for me only to find a non OEM socket was spliced in and the bulb blew out, melting the socket too. The Oreilly crew went to work to find a new socket, remove the old, splice it together, add the bulb, and test it. I was back on the road quickly! Now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! With a smile!
They will hire anyone. Hard to get help when you walk in. They are all standing around talking to each other. The girl has the personality of a rock but the young Steven kid knows his stuff. If it wasn't for him I would of given the Baraboo Wisconsin store a zero.
I asked if they have an hour meter, the answer I got was she had no idea what that was. She went in the back & asked someone else, I couldn't hear it all but it sounded like that guy had an idea. The lady came back out and said she didn't know. I replied I had seen them on your website, she replied she didn't know how to look it up. I certainly wouldn't expect a person to know ever part that they have but my god there was NO effort to even try. What a waste of time!
