Placed a roadside assistance request thru AAA after 10pm, Craig's showed up within ten minutes. Diagnosed and fixed my problem very quickly and also told me how to avoid this issue in the future. Super quick response, extremely helpful and informative, very much appreciated!!!
Called to pick up a vehicle at 10:35pm and was told it would take 10-15 mins for them to arrive so we can leave with our car! Called them 5 times and each time they told me they were on their way. Did not arrive until an hour and a half after I first called, never told us it would take over an hour to arrive as well! Over charged for a tow and were really rude in person! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
Blew my water pump on Hwy 12 Saturday. Craig's Towing loaded my truck up and took it to their shop. On Sunday morning I received a call that it was repaired and ready for pickup. Wow great service and communication. Appreciate it!

This place will rip you off!!! Don’t believe me? Try them. I called and asked how much will it cost to replace a tire . The guy told me 23miles out plus the labor about 380-395$ plus the tire was 395$
And a 20$ disposal fee. It was expensive already but I agreed to it . The guy was there with in 30min took him and hour and 10min to replace the tire. He send me an invoice for 1200$+
I asked him how is it 1200$ he said I broke an expensive tool and this won’t even cover it .
I’ve been in this business long time . Even in Nj/NY they don’t charge this much. This place is a scam . And I bet that 4.2 star rating from friends and family. Stay away from this place.
Our vehicle broke down in Sauk County and this company was listed as “open 24 hours” and serving Sauk County and surrounding areas. The female that answers the phone kept hanging up on our insurance company. So we called 3-way and she was EXTREMELY rude and said, “That’s out of our area, we can’t do that” and just hung up without apologizing or even saying “bye.” If I was the owner, I’d get a new dispatcher ASAP. I’m glad they didn’t get our service or money!!
We had a flat tire on I90 eastbound near Baraboo WI in the middle of a bad snowstorm. The owner, Craig, first tried to change our tire, which turned out to be dangerous because of slippery icy conditions. He then offered to pick up our vehicle and take us to his garage where one of his guys would help us change the tire. The guy wasn’t there but Craig got us inside - dry and warm - and with the help of many available tools, I had our tire changed easily and we were on our way within an hour. Not sure what we would have done in the middle of this snowstorm without Craig’s help! Super helpful and generous. Thank you Craig. If we ever break down or have a flat again, I hope it’s near Craig’s Towing
Dispatch lady who answered phone was very sweet and very helpful. Driver (Levi) was quick and had great communication. Idk about others but out of all towing companies I have worked with this was the most efficient, communicative, and fairly priced all at the same time. Would 100% use them again.
This place is a scam , I ran my car off the side of the road , police called this towing company I guess , NOW originally I was told by the tow man Cedric that he was going to get my car out and allow me to see if it’s still drivable . He got my car out, took it to his tow yard inside the gates and then told me I had to pay the 300 to even check the car and too take the car that day , but would be 50 a day plus the original 300 if I didn’t take it that day . I go and find my way to get the money . Just to call the company and be told I actually have to pay 300+250 for tow. And 75 a day not 50 ! How do you have workers miscommunicating the wrong info ?!!! That’s a hugeeee difference , very unprofessional . If I were anyone dealing with this company I would definitely get things in writing and recorded . Because no matter what THEIR employee tells you , it just might be something totally different and complete lie . And they aren’t going to have a care in the world , nor will they work with you ! Even tho they are the ones who lied !! Be smart and make sure things are documented. I wasn’t even offered a business card after the service . Just a word of mouth lie .
I was on vacation at the wilderness resort. I woke up to a flat tire and Craig’s Towing took the job from my roadside assistance. The guy who showed up was kind and wasted no time. It took a couple hours for him to get to me because they were busy so I just waited by the pool until they called saying they were outside. Once he came, he was gone with my car within 5 minutes. Friendly and efficient
Craigs towing is great! Customer Service when I called was VERY helpful and friendly. Flatbed arrived right on time, the drive was super nice, professional and knowledgeable! He made it look easy. Higher recommended.

Our van broke down out in the dells on a Saturday morning. They were on sight in about 20 minutes and had it loaded up. The driver was great to deal with. All around as good as it could go.

I was charging my electric vehicle and the handle on the charger broke. I called Craig’s and Craig came to my location within fifteen minutes, and got the charger removed in ten! The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend calling these guys if you are in a jam! Thanks Craig!
Our EV was stuck to a damaged charger. Craig charged a fair price to troubleshoot a very unique issue. He was incredibly prompt, communicative, and patient. Lots of respect for Craig and his wife for how they run their business. We had been stuck for hours on calls with our car’s roadside assistance, our insurance, and the charging station company. Once we called Craig, it was smooth sailing. And now we know to keep a flathead screwdriver in the car toolkit!
I was stranded off interstate 90 outside of the dells and this towing service was the first on my search and got there within 20 minutes which was so helpful because standing in a ditch with semis whipping by is super scary! He was so personable and friendly and even helped me to Kwik Trip and assisted with my dummy tire. Highly recommend when you're in a bind!
Our driver, Kyle was literally a savior. He was positive, uplifting and funny in the kindest way possible. He was exactly what we needed during a time when we were worried and stressed. My experience overall with Craig’s towing was great, and I give the credit to Kyle. He was the best, most caring driver we could’ve possibly received. Needed a AAA tow and they sent Craig’s. Kyle was personable, messaged about location and ETA. Hooked up vehicle throughly even tho didn’t start and doors could lock with computer issues. 7-16-24: after trying our charger on our dead battery, nothing, nadda. 2 hours from home. Called triple AAA & they sent out Craigs towing, Kyle was the driver & was terrific. Hooked up his charger & low & behold, our trucks lights grew brighter & brighter & Kyle had our truck running & as it charged up, Kyle waited with us! We were able to make it home, 2 hours later, & a new battery installed . Thanks to Kyle's kindness & respect he showed to these two oldsters!! Thank you.
My daughter needed to get her car towed, after looking on line we chose Craig's Towing. Kyle was professional, made a courtesy call to check location and time, waited for me to get there with the vehicle keys. Towed her car to the dealership for the repairs. Had front left blow out mm#95 on busy July 5. State patrol hooked us up w Craig's Towing. Gave us a 30min arrival. Levi showed up,changed tire,got us back on road 30min from my 911 call. He's a credit to this company...hopefully he gets holiday pay!! He did us a solid!!!

Roger is hands down the best tow truck driver we've ever had. He towed a vehicle across state lines for us nearly 100 miles and still had a smile and positive attitude. Communication was excellent and Craig's will be our first call if we're ever in a bind again.
My vehicle broke down 1.7 miles from the exit that I was trying to get to one yesterday morning. I picked Craig’s towing out of Baraboo after research I called early in the morning so I didn’t expect much although I was willing to take what I can get and when the phone answered I got a hello and a quite confused Response after I confirmed that it was Craig’s towing. She could not find out where US 12 was I’ll post a timeline of advance down below, but let’s just say that she didn’t know what US 12 was and I told her the name of the highway, and I still couldn’t figure out how she couldn’t know where I was at but anyway I had my car towed as long as it could’ve been within the hour time constraints. My car didn’t make it to the impound until two hours later and I missed the pick up to have my vehicle picked up by someone so they took it to the impound lot and that’s where I sit now in the cold 44° weather, still waiting for someone to let me pick up my vehicle and pay for it. The two women in the office have me confused with someone else and they told me that they told me to call ahead an hour. They did not however, I took the responsibility of knowing that I possibly could be wrong , so I gave an hour notice and I sat patiently. There’s two women in this office and they said all of the men were out on an accident and that was gonna be 3 to 4 hours. I cannot find it reported accident any worse in a 30 mile radius of where I’m at. I’m gonna keep looking I will correct if I find but I’m not sure where they’re at but I’m also not sure about why one of those females in that office couldn’t come and just let me in and let me pay my bill and take my car. So now that brings us here to now I have no place to take my car because it’s after 5 o’clock and all the mechanics are closed. No one has called me back to tell me when I can get my car and I sit here in the cold. just waiting next to the impound lot with the blanket, this is absolutely unacceptable. Customer service. I have no idea how a business can be so absolutely absent minded to does not have a back up plan when a customer needs to access to their vehicle for whatever reason in the event that all of the all of the gentleman, because obviously, the women and manner have their own roles here when someone needs their vehicle within the reasonable amount of time and willing to pay for that why can I get it , can anyone get it? I’ll tell you females are in the office watching me sit out here and suffer as I try to get up and down and I have to go to the bathroom and I don’t have a restroom. I have nothing just to sit out here and wait for my vehicle in the middle of nowhere , so if you have another option to use anyone else or don’t even use all just don’t use Craig towing service because in the event that you have to pick it up while they are on a call, you will be waiting 345 hours and they don’t have a waiting room.
They are not ADA assessable they have no restroom facilities. And I have to wrap this up because now my hands are freezing. I really hope they take this in consideration and provide better customer service. I’m not saying that I should have better service because I’m a disabled veteran, but just a waiting area where it was so cold would be nice. Shame on you guys for pocket money and not putting it back into your business and treating your customer This is my experience only. I encourage you to research and make your own decisions, but this is my absolute 100% truth experience.
Excellent experience with Craig's Towing! We were camping in The Dells (July 2023) and our car wouldn't start. We called Craig's and they were great. The lady I talked to over the phone gave me a suggestion on where to have our car towed to to be worked on. She recommended Dells Auto Center. They were very good as well. I have written them a good review as well. The tow truck operator arrived very quick, maybe 20 minutes. His name was Russ, he was very polite and helpful. Having car issues is not fun, especially when you are on vacation, but it is good to know that Craig's Towing was there to help. They are an honest and good company. I would recommend them,
