Highly recommend! The part I picked out would not work for my vehicle, but I had a great experience.
At first I could not reach them. I called and spoke to their new AI assistant, which said my call would be returned later in morning. By end of day no return call. I chatted and emailed with no success either.
The next day I received a call back. Then I realized there was a time difference between us. I had called the day prior when they were closed. That's why I got the AI assistant. Once I called when they were open, I got Josh immediately.
So, I recommend you contact them during their business hours.
In response to your response: The initial call was during business hours. The chat platform was either on car-parts.com or your website. It stated you/Josh were available. I typed in a few responses but there was no response back. In my initial call with AI assistant I left all details - part interested in, my VIN, my number, etc.
Excellent customer service! Part was damaged in transit, but Rocki Top resolved it promptly and completely! Would definitely do business with this company again.

Josh and the service were great. I had bought a product we thought was going to work (wiring harness) for my f150. Since ford was literally out of it for months. It didn’t end up working they had given me a 30 day return guarantee minus shipping of course. I received my money back and they were always so helpful every time I called. I’m in AZ. I will definitely use them for any needs in the future. Really good people and I wish there shop was here in Tempe.
Best parts recycler, they actually take the time to assess the part, package it properly and get it to you quickly. There prices are also usually the best.
Their customer service is excellent. I purchased a fiberglass tonneau cover and it was delivered free to a local shipping terminal. It was packed very well with no damage upon arrival. Keys weren’t included with the cover itself however after making a phone call, they shipped them to me at no extra cost. Will purchase from them again if I need any automotive product.
We ordered a 3 pc drive shaft, It arrived the NEXT day and was professionally packaged in recyclable materials. Never seen anything that hard to ship packaged this nice and shipped so fast for so little (20$). It was shipped with SPEEDEE!!! Thank You !
Placed a order for taillights, got shipped out the next business day. I received my package the next day, great packing job, nice and clean taillights. Minor wiring connection not together, which we simply fixed and one of the reverse light doesn't work. We will definitely shop here again
Horrible business ethics. An engine for F-350 was purchased in 2019 and wasn't received until 5 weeks after the supposed delivery date. Upon receiving, the engine was seized with rust. Spoke to a rep and was instructed to "wait until the covid lock down was lifted." Reached back out after the restrictions were lifted and was told, "Sorry, it's passed the eligible return date." I warn everyone of doing business with this integrity lacking business.
Response: I still have the messages between Packey Sporre and myself when I made an attempt to give you guys the chance to make it right. I sent pictures of the invoice received from roadrunner shipping, and the conversation stopped. I tried calling and leaving messages, but there was no response. I'm 100% sure it was this company as the addresses match.
You can buy with confidence from Rocki Top Auto Recyclers. They take great pride in there business and stand behind what they sell. They were polite and friendly. They even refunded me for a part more than 30 days after the warranty period had passed. They paid for the return shipping, no hassles or problems. I live in Thunder Bay Ont Canada and was looking for a part for my daughter’s newer Toyota RAV4 and was unsuccessful till I contacted the guys at Rocki Top Auto. Josh said they had the part but it was still in the vehicle but they would be able to remove it the next day and ship to my address within 2 days. Great service, friendly employees. They had all the rear parts that I needed to repair my salvage Lincoln MKX. Called them at 8 a.m. and they had all the parts pulled and ready for pickup when I arrived at 2 p.m. All of the parts were the same color as my vehicle, and in great condition. Well worth the 150 mile drive.
Paid for a part over the phone with our card. It had to come from another salvage yard and would take 3 days and we could come and get our part. A week later still no part and won't give us back our money! See them in court! Stay away from these crooks!
Called them up about a part I found on car-part.com. They answered quickly, confirmed the part and shipped it to me at a very fair price in Tennessee. Ended up calling them back and adding a couple more items to my order and they all arrived by the end of the week. Parts are good quality and prices were way better than my local salvage yards.
