I have the service work done at Burtness Chevrolet in Orfordville on a new Silverado I purchased there. I was recently there for an oil change and tire rotation. After getting home from my appointment I noticed a mark on my left front tire and then damage to my rim. I was immediately concerned that the dealership might not want to hear me out. I hand wash my truck and only take it through touchless car washes occasionally because it's black. So I know every little spot on the truck and it's only a year old. So when I saw this, I knew it had to have happened at the dealer. When I called, it was a Saturday, the lady in service said Dan the service manager would be in on Monday and he could help with my situation. When I spoke with Dan, he was polite and understanding. He said he would take care of replacing the rim and inspecting the tire to make sure it was safe to drive on. I feel very certain the damage was done there, but I can't say 100 %. However, the service manager said, ''hey, we're going to take care of it." This is a dealer that stands out from the rest. I will take my Silverado back again and again. When it's time to buy another one, this is where I will buy. They actually care about the customer here.

Worst experience ever. I purchased an oil change with a tire rotation 92.00 bucks. Got home my tires were not rotated. Called and asked the service manager if he could refund me the tire rotation part. He said sure 14.28 dollars will be put back on the card. So you mean to tell me an oil change is 78 dollars. I drove back to get them rotated. Worst customer service ever. They also told me my TPMS doesn't follow the tire. Which is a lie because now that my tire is moved guess what else moved. My faulty TPMS sensor is on a different location now. They just tell me anything because I'm a female. Will not be back.

Have normally liked the dealership and the service. This was my worst experience by far. I don’t think you want me to post every complaint about what happened

I recently brought my vehicle in for what I thought was just a battery issue—a brand new battery that had been installed just a few months ago. After a couple of inspections, I was assured it was simply a faulty battery. However, after I asked about a trade-in value, I received a call saying it was actually the alternator, which would cost $1,200 to replace. I couldn’t help but feel concerned about the timing of that diagnosis shift, especially given my warranty had just expired. Additionally, the courtesy car I was provided with was not filthy, which made an already stressful situation feel even more frustrating. I’m genuinely disappointed because I expected more transparency and care. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and consistency for future customers.

Great service as always! Had to have my truck towed to dealer for fuel pump. They was able to get in that day and verify it was fuel pump and did have a loaner i could use while they fixed. The next day they call and said was done.

when I called the service department to set up my appointment to request the work I would like taken care of I was not heard. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and the spark plug replaced. I explained my car was close to 1000,00 miles and needed the spark plug replaced. The service man I spoke with told me they complete a 20 point inspection and they would let me know if anything else was needed. I understood him and reminded him there may be other items that needed to be addressed due to the miles. On the day I brought my car in the oil was changed and the tires were rotated, they did not change out the spark plug, I was given paperwork on what my car needed to be taken care of. I said to the service man "I requested the spark plug be replaced when I called for the appointment". I was told "we do not have time today to take care of this, you will need to make another appointment". Since I drive over 1/2 hour for this appointment I was upset I had to come back. I did call and leave a message for Brian Bowditch with my concerns and asked for a call back. Brian called me back and I relayed my concerns. I also let him know that I do not believe I was heard and if I was a man they would have given me their full attention. Brian listened to my concerns and I thanked him.

We have been doing business with Burtness Chevrolet for many years for both the purchase of vehicles and ongoing maintenance. We appreciate their caring and customer friendly approach. It is our dealership of choice.

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation. I got right in, and it didn't take long at all. I was given an explanation of what was done, and a mention that I might be needing new tires, which I appreciated! I also like that they give you a car wash as well!

They found me the right truck and made everything right when I had a problem with the oil pump a week and a half after I bought it. Highly recommend them.

Girl going over the warranty was confused herself with the warranty process so wanted the manager to discuss it. When he dealt with it, he was rude and condescending continually saying he didn’t understand how we didn’t understand because it was all there in black and white…when his own staff was unclear. Will never work with Burtness again after the terrible, rude customer service we received. We chose to go to Brodhead Tire to give them our business, as they sat and went through things with us AND helped to find a class action suit regarding our car troubles.

Superior service department. I know they have .y best interest in mind when making decisions. Options are presented and they always do excellent work.

Brought my 2024 Colorado in for warranty on non working wireless charger. GM is aware of the problem but had no fix. Not the fault of dealership but GM needs to come up with something.

We will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Burtness has been beyond excellent. Our experience with the sale was great. When we had a mechanical issue, they fixed our vehicle at no cost to us and brought a loaner car for us to use. We didn't know there were businesses like Burtness Chevrolet that really takes excellent care of their customers!! The only dealer with an excellent service department you will ever need!

Made an appointment and brought in to check on a check engine light flashing. They told me the problem could be spark plugs, but they are too over booked to replace them. So big waste of time and money. Would have been cool if they told me beforehand that I was just bringing it in for them to tell me about it, but not actually have time to fix it.

We have been going here for years. Our whole family uses them. They are always friendly and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to help whenever they can. The service department is especially wonderful. Thanks for keeping us in motion!🚘

Excellent service. I had brought a coupon for a discount to my oil change appointment. Turns out it couldn't be used on oil changes, but they found another coupon for me that I could use.

I purchased my Nissan from Burtness 4 years ago. My brakes were in poor condition and needed replacing. I was offered a loaner car wilt mine was being worked on so I didn't lose time at work. The work was done completely and efficiently and the price was as expected.
