This company worked a miracle and saved my butt!! After a junk-removal company failed to dismantle & remove an old travel-trailer on our property the night before closing, we were in a scramble to find someone to remove it. Jerry got it out the day of, within a couple of hours of my call, and the price could not be beat! The woman who took my calls also worked miracles and came up with an invoice before the job was done so that we could proceed with the closing. Our realtor still can’t believe how you guys did that for us in such short notice and for such a reasonable fee. This was exceptional work from everyone and I would recommend you over and over again to everyone I know. Thank you SO MUCH, you’re the best!!

This was the only towing company to answer my call. Not only that but they calmed my anxieties and fears as this was my first time breaking down. They responded very quickly and helped me decide what to do with my car and assured I made it to a safe location until I was able to be picked up. This company truly saved me on the side of the road! I could go on and on but to end it here they are quick, respectful, kind, safe and the people you should call when you need a tow!
Rude and unprofessional front receptionist, overpriced a less than 10 mile tow - triple the cost, demanded cash, called 7:30pm pick-up overnight and emergency, kept my car on someone’s property for the rest of the evening through overnight stating the driver was tired to take it to storage, tow did not require a key yet stated it was required, went through my personal backpack, 12min to pick up and tie down car for transport - $800… did not want to document payment breakdown when asking for a receipt, asking for tax charges, pain in the ass to prove it was my car yet had everything to prove it - asking for personal information… all captured on my car’s multiple camera and video footage. This place is unprofessional, rude and ridiculous. Beloit is their office and Janesville is only their tow and junk storage in case you would like to save a few minutes. I would NOT recommend this place.
Excellent customer service they made my diservice day go easy. Had my old beater vehicle die today. Only two hundred eight thousand miles and just seventeen years old. Engine just died at 70mph on I90. I rolled to a stop on the interstate, just outside of Janesville. One call solved towing, paperwork was ready when I arrived, out the door with cash I went. Great people and professional sevice.
They towed my wife’s car from an accident ( red Toyota Camry) on 3-14. My wife was very happy with their service and being helpful. Would definitely recommend their service.
Our company van broke down today. We called and they were able to tow us back from north of Janesville to Fox Lake, IL. The best part was we didn't have to wait long for a tow. She was very friendly and very professional. Will be definitely calling them if we ever get stranded again.

Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable about the specific damage to my vehicle. He showed me where to order parts online so I can do the repairs myself. He saved me a trip to the dealership and a lot of money. He arrived in a very short time, towed my car to my home while I went to work. I highly recommed and will call Bernier's again.
Never again. Used their towing service but they ruined 3 out 4 of my tires. Complained to them about it said they would take a look at my tires. Never bothered to come check them out. Had chunks off of my tires. No reimbursement. No call back. Not professional at all. Now I’m left to pay for 3 tires I didn’t mess up.
I was pretty sure my truck had electrical issues and needed towed. The truck showed up in about 20 minutes, and the driver listened to our description of what the truck was doing. He then tested the battery and alternator, jump started the truck, and recommended we replace the battery right away. It was an extremely reasonable fee for a very professional service. I would highly recommend them.
Jay is great! He was extremely helpful and courteous. He was also SAFE concerning the current virus situation. He even wiped my keys down before he gave them back to me with a disinfeting wipe. Jay is highly proffesional and was able to get my car into a very tight garage. I would recommend Jay and Bernier's to any of my Military friends. Cost of service was also what i would expect. (not inflated due to the current state of affairs).
Just dropping a note to let you know how pleased I was with Jerry and your company. From the initial phone call to progressive roadside assistance to the drop off of my vehicle was flawless and the least stressful part of my day. Kudos for a well run company!! 5stars
5 Star experience! Jerry is a great guy and was very helpful with the sale and pickup of my 1970 Ford E series. His knowledge and years of experience proved useful today when my uhaul trailer had a defect that could have been dangerous. He was able to repair and correct the safety issue allowing my wife and me to safely transport our purchased vehicle. Thanks, Jerry!

Wonderful service. Every place that says 24/7 service is a joke either didnt pick up or couldnt send a driver till 8am. Keep in mind its 3am. Berniers had no problem sending out a driver. House key and every key I own is locked in the truck. Its 28 degrees out. Fair price for this early in the morning. Got here relatively fast. Much appreciated will recommend to everyone.
I locked my keys in my car- thanks pregnancy brain- and dispatched through my insurance. Got here probably 10 minutes earlier than ETA and I had my keys in my hand in maybe 2 minutes max. Chris really helped me out, in record time, too. I'll definitely call them next time I need help with my car! Thanks, Chris!
The woman that answers the phone was very friendly and helpful. When they came to pick up our car for scrap we were given even more $ than we were originally quoted. Upstanding guy and great service.
Reccomended by a friend and boy did he apologize. I wanted to tow my car with a bad starter 10 miles down the road from my driveway to the shop I had it set up for. The guy on the phone told me it was 60 for the tow and then $5 per mile, I told him I had just wanted to get the vehicle dropped off. He said they don't usually do that and would have to charge me more I asked how much more and he quoted me $150 plus. I told him a friend recommended me and said that was a crazy bed considering it would only be $110 considering what he told me.After asking him where he got that value from on that I was recommended from a friend you changed it and said he miss heard me but I know he told me before I could work it out with the guy when he showed up because they don't usually just drop off for you. All in all I called KB Towing and they did the exact same job for $45. Don't even waste your time as to whether you will get the good experience 50% of these reviews claim, call someone else.
Great experience. Had a couple blown out tires from a pothole. The driver was excellent, very helpful, quick and safe. Got me to the tire shop and it all worked out well. Thanks again!
Second time I had to call these guys for the same car, different problems. This time my car was in a ditch after sliding down a rock wall. (Don't ask)
The first guy on the scene made an accurate assessment, declined the job, acknowledging lack of tools and experience, then ensured the right guy with the right tools was here to tackle the problem appropriately.
Jerry made quick work of the 3D puzzle recovering my vehicle where I thought damage to the property and vehicle were unavoidable. I enjoyed capturing photos and video of the process I was quite impressed.
Both gentlemen were great. Highly recommend this company and trust them completely.
