I “sold” my van to these people, they wrote me a check but wrote their business wrong
I called them to ask if I can have a new check, the woman on the call was very condescending and said I was a scammer. Got to a point I cried because I was so stressed and she hung up on me because I was a “scammer” and never answered again
Called again a day later hoping she wouldn’t answer, a man did. Same attitude. Said the lady warned him about me
This was my first car, it only had a brake issue and I really was down on my luck, and they unapologetically stole it.
Still never gotten my money or even an apology.
Go somewhere else.
Pretty neat place to drop off scrap or buy a used lawn mowers, furniture, snow blower, tractor, bikes, cart parts & more. You can watch the heavy machinery live at work. It’s been the same owner for many decades.
Outstanding place! Some of the most down to earth, yet professional guys over there. Great prices, great service. No tricks or hidden fees like some other yards.

BRIAN(the owner) WAS SO HELPFUL. I DROVE INTO A SALVAGE YARD AS A SINGLE FEMALE AND THERE SAT 3 MEN. THEY WAITED FOR ME TO GET THERE AFTER 5:00 (CLOSING TIME) ON A FRIDAY NIGHT.
I FOUND MYSELF THERE, STILL AT 7:00. STOOD IN THE OFFICE AND VISITED WITH THEM FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS AFTER I GOT WHAT I NEEDED. I DIDNT FEEL UNSAFE OR NERVOUS BEING ALONE IN A SALVAGE YARD WITH 3 MEN AFTER DARK! WHEN I PULLED IN, BRIAN( the owner) JUMPED RIGHT UP AND CAME OUT TO GET STARTED HELPING ME WITH WHAT I HAD NO CLUE I NEEDED TO BE SAFE, DRIVING ON THE ROADS.
THERE WAS NO JACKING UP THE PRICE BECAUSE I WAS A FEMALE. INFACT, I WALKED AWAY WITH A HANDFUL OF FREE ADVERTISEMENT STUFF. THANK YOU FOR THE YARD STICK. I HAD JUST BROKE MINE 3 DAYS PRIOR. DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO ASK, BRIAN STEPPED AWAY A MINUTE AND CAME BACK AND HANDED ONE TO ME OVER THE COUNTER WHILE STILL TELLING HIS STORY.
I RECOMMEND ANY FEMALE TO GO TO BRIAN AND HIS 2 "ASSISTANTS". NO REASON AT ALL TO BE SCARED OR NERVOUS OF BEING IN THAT SALVAGE YARD OUT IN THE BOONDOCKS, ALONE AT NIGHT, WITH A STRANGE MAN OR MEN.

Fantastic place if you like to pull your own parts and know what you are getting. They will sell most every part off a vehicle and the prices are well worth the extra labor. They have most all your major brands and several of each. Lots of mid to late 90s and up. They have a vintage and also a farm and implement sections that are overflowing with goodies. It's clay must ground so be prepared to get disgusting if it rained recently. Prices make the mud worth it.
Worst place have ever been. Called ahead of time told them exactly what I was looking for. They said would have to come and look so drove 2 hours and when i got there was rudely told i could only look at 2 trucks and was not allowed to look any further. Complete waste of time money and the day in general. Would not recommend this place to anyone
After an exhaustive search for a particular part started to feel hopeless, this part required a entire gas tank despite only needing a simple plastic two way connector. The problem being that this plastic part is ONLY SOLD via the entire tank despite being really a simple part to replace, Moreover it's a plastic peace that gets brittle and old.
That's where M & M salvage SAVED MY A**!! They were the ONLY salvage yard that had what I required within 100 miles, as I attempted to rush over I got there just at closeing time. Brian was at the desk and despite my late arrival was very kind and understanding, happily allowing me to obtain the part I needed. His prices are unbeatable as well especially considering the situation I was in (this part or a entire $1,500.00 gas tank), I even told him this BEFORE DISCUSSING PRICE, obviously there's a reason this is a 5* review!
Last but not least this salvage yard is HUGE when nobody else could help they were here and had exactly what I needed. On top of that they have all sorts of vehicles / parts not just cars.
So if you need parts don't waste your time elsewhere just come here, this is one of the best salvage yards I've had the pleasure of working with. This is also the first time of MANY I will be going here as they've certainly cemented a lifetime customer.
Husband spends more time here then at home if he could they go above and beyond for our family! As I’m sure they do so many! Very dedicated to everyone! Such a great family at L & M! Always have what you need and if you call ahead they will even do the dirty work for an ole gal like me if you can’t get someone to do it for you at that time so good about calling back or helping out when your in a pinch! Great people
Not horribly busy most of the time, good prices on parts, decent scrap rates, they allow you to pull the parts you need yourself or do it for you at a very reasonable price. The staff is good to work with, honest and very integral to what they say. If they tell you they'll give you x amount for your scrap, or charge so much for a part or labor you can go in and tell them you were quoted exactly that, and that is what you will get or pay. Good place overall and fun for the DIYer that doesn't mind getting dirty!
When I called, the guys were direct but friendly. I had lots of old cattle fence that I'd taken down and stacked in piles along the roadside and asked if they'd be interested. Within a couple days they picked it all up and I mean all of it. Good guys.
