I purchased an engine got it home starting looking it over and noticed it had problems was going to need repairs..so I went the next day Talked to Trapper (he runs the show now ) told him the problem and what needed to be fixed and he took care of it..I honestly thought I would of heard to bad it's your problem...but Trapper was real nice about it and took care of it..but on a side note I didn't go in all hot headed yelling at him ..Nick no longer owns it ..new help and friendly I will definitely go back if I need more parts
This place is amazing. My part was discontinued everywhere but they had it and stayed after hours to get it. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
If you need it, they have it. Great staff with tons of knowledge to help you figure out whats causing your vehicle's issues and find/pull the correct parts.

Drove 2 hours one way to buy a cylinder head. Called ahead to make sure it was in good shape. Got there just to find out the coolant hose part of the casting on this head was broke off. There was no way it could be used or changed. Person behind the counter said if I know someone that can weld aluminum it could be fixed and he would sell it to me for the low price of $200 vs the original $300. Yeah no thanks. Plus I just seen them sell an alternator that looked as if it sat in a mud puddle for 5 years and was completely locked up to a lady. Get this the guy brought it up to the guy at the counter who said oh it's locked up go back and put an impact on it. So that is what he did and came back and sold it to her. WOW!
Went there for a bumper called first to let them know I wanted it and was coming from out of town. Just to get there and wait 40 min for them to tell me they can't get the bumper off. Wasted my time. Will never go here for busy.
All I can say is everyone here is great, the guy at the front desk is always as nice as can be, helpful and a fun guy in general. I’d recommend going here anyday for parts.
Went there for some parts today and a bigger guy with a beard had a attitude when I walked in and gave me terrible service, he kept accusing me of steaIing ( probably because I'm a younger guy!) wouldn't give this guy a molded penny!!
Brought parts from there on Thursday afternoon and tried returning them on Saturday but they were closed, went today and they wouldn't give me my money back and said that I made the mistake. That they are always right and the customer is always wrong. The threatening behavior they produce is uncalled for. Never shop there. They'll just rip you off
Seems overpriced sort the parts they offer. I'd rather drive to Jantz's in Kenosha or Sturtevant Auto to get parts. Avoid going there unless nobody else has your part.
A place I can trust to stand behind thier parts. I bought an l61 cylinder head only to find the cam bearings were toast. Brought the head back after calling them on the phone and they replaced it with a freshly pulled head with good cam bearings.
I am in auto repair business for 29 years. Completely satisfied with Universal service. Trapper was honest & professional. Quality parts for the reasonable price. Don't mind to drive 35 miles. Will buy again
