We are an elderly couple who was stranded in our car not starting for five hours waiting for a AAA tow truck. After waiting that long the AAA dispatcher told me to call someone local. So I was so upset by now I didn't know who to call when I looked up local tow companies for some reason Jensen Towing jumped out at me I called within a half an hour of calling Chris was there my Hero! He went above and beyond to help us get our car going. Thank you Chris and Jenson Towing. If needed will definitely call them again.

THEY CLAIM THE TOW IS $165 BUT YOU WILL NOTICE AN ADDITIONAL FLAT BED FEE OF $25. MEANING THE TOW IS ACTUALLY $190
AND IF YOU NEED TO HAVE THE VEHICLE STORED FOR ANY REASON, JUST KNOW THAT THEY BASE A STORAGE DAY OFF OF THE CALENDAR DAYS. IF YOU DROP IT OFF AT 8PM AND PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY AT 8AM. THAT IS CONSIDERD 2 DAYS OF STORAGE EVEN THOUGH THE VEHICLE WAS ONLY THERE FOR 12 HOURS.

Was a great experience under the circumstances. Showed up prior to ETA. Driver (Chris) was kind and professional and tried to assist at location, when unable to do so towed my truck to the desired shop. Good, pleasant attitude despite bad weather conditions he was working in. Will use Jensen again if needed.
Get my truck towed, price was set at 750$ for 0.4miles of driving. After the arrival, driver ask for 1k to take the truck to the location., for just the tractor, and was trying to convince me to tow also the trailer for 1500$ from the pilot at w Ryan road oak creek Wisconsin to the freightliner dealership. When he realized I ll not do the deal for the trailer, he went inside the pilot, ask a certain Thomas, a pilot employee to call him to tow the trailer the next day. I ve been told by Thomas that even if I pay for a reserve parking spot, my trailer will be towed. So anyone who d like to have their service becareful, specifically foreigners truck drivers.
Bought a bus from a friend and called them too pick it up and they dropped it and messed up the panel then called the police like I threatened them dispatch was rude and all not recommended call Racine recovery or Don's not them.
Had to work with them through AAA. Dispatcher, AMY, was rude to my husband on the phone. I don’t know if she’s mad she has to work weekends or what but nobody on my end of the phone deserved that kind of attitude. She was snotty as he** asking information that should’ve already been confirmed by our insurance in the first place. Repeating information isn’t the problem, it was her nasty little tone that was.
We watched The app clock down from 10 minutes to arrival then to “arriving soon” after having to wait for 90 minutes already. Then she says he won’t be there right away because he’s on a tow now.
This service was truly horrible. Any other time we need a tow using AAA I’ll specifically ask NOT to use them.
Im shocked i even see their tow trucks around town given the reviews already are negative about them.
Poor service, snotty, rude little receptionists who shouldn’t work with humans cause she doesn’t understand professionalism, and they’re just not courteous to their customers time.

Towed my work truck from Racine to Kenosha 125 bucks. And the drive took the time to get it into my driveway once it was back in Kenosha. Very fast, very polite, fast!
When working with a rental company and AAA, the dispatcher was rude, argumentative, and even hostile. The dispatcher blamed me for not getting all of the information needed from AAA regarding the pick up/drop off, and consistently argued with me about the situation. I would not recommend this company to any person or service provider. The dispatcher was awful and made me feel even worse.
10-13-2020 Called up Gups because my battery was dead. Found that they use Jensen towing. Got my car back today and my seat and floor mat was just filthy. Jim was cleaning it the best he could. My car was not filthy inside before they towed it. The tow driver was nice but he was filthy. Don't use any coverings for the inside. Won't be using them again.
Not very agreeable, actually kind of rude on the phone. Could not send a tow truck in under 3 hrs. Found a better place that showed up in less than an hour. Try Floyd's or someone else first
They towed my car and then junked it with out us knowing my clothes and all was in there stuff that cant be replaced how low down dirty place is that they had our number no calls they will be hearing from my lawyer
