Incredible service and communication from Floyd's Towing. So appreciate Brian's help with my sons car.

The tow truck driver Joe worked with us on getting the loaded truck back to the shop and emptied. Joe went above and beyond, and this was greatly appreciated. If you're in need of towing services, you need to call Floyd's Towing.

Great customer service from the young lady that answered the phone in the wee morning of hours! She ensured fast service, not a long wait and although the driver was fairly new, he to was professional. The only thing I would say is if you dropping of to a open lot, still align the car in a manner that other cars etc can be aligned with, not crooked but straight. Thanks

AAA couldn't be bothered to show up in 8 hours when I needed a pullout. Floyd's showed up in 45 minutes after I called at 5:30am. Great service.

I want to thank Floyd's for getting my car home. We were in Illinois and our car broke down. The new guy was the absolute best. He took such great care loading and unloading so as not to damage anything. Great job Floyd's for hiring him back!

Pretty average price for a tow, but we always choose them because of the great employees. Maybe we're just lucky, but anytime we've needed a tow, we always wind up with super nice, helpful drivers! Definitely recommend!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Damaged my car that the city had unlawfully towed. Gave me the runaround till I finally gave up. Unless you have time for small claims court, I would suggest go with a different company (if you even have a choice). And yes, I fully understand as a business owner myself things happen with employees. The integrity of a business is the customer service after the fact should issues arise.

We have used floyd's for over 30 years. The drivers are trained well and never drop cars without asking us ware we want them. They are willing to take the extra time to back them into out shop if we need. the trucks are the cleanest in town. this is by fare the most professional towing operation around. two thumbs up and five stars all the way

Called for a tow and had an incredibly fantastic & friendly driver come (very quickly). Before the tow he suggested trying a jump using his super duty jump pack. It worked! He saved us time and money while being kind & professional. I will call only them from now on.

We were stranded out in Racine Wisconsin due to an incident of JUST a flat tire & not knowing where I was. Just knew it was Hwy 94 S. and ended up with a busted tyrod amongst other things Do to an employee from Don’s Towing. We were then stranded in a hotel for two nights missing my Mother-in-laws funeral do to the distance we still needed to travel it was not possible for anybody to come and get us from The Hotel we were at. Heart breaking beyond words!! A VERY wonderful gentleman Brian Wolfe FROM this Company “Floyd’s Towing” came to our assistance on that Monday to pick up my car from (Firestone) tires to where it was towed & (Gentleman from there had to relay the bad news). Brian Wolfe then towed it to Bouche automotive for repairs Brian was very professional and explained everything from hooking the car up and why he did it the way he did. He was very knowledgeable and was also in tune with my well being & emotions. Brian Wolfe made me feel very comfortable and I then knowing my vehicle was in great hands made this experience a little brighter. I will most definitely recommend this company to anybody I encounter who needs assistance. Thank you Brian Wolfe.

Hate to say it buy i have used them often. Its the only company I call. They are knowledgeable, courteous, quick and affordable. When you need a tow, you want someone that is going to be there for you. Floyds understand.

Only Towing service I’ve ever used, as they are top notch!

Very fast and very helpful, only took about 15 mins to get to me and was able to answer all my questions over the phone to help me.

While at a company Brewer game outing we locked our keys in our vehicle. Within a few minutes I saw their truck in the lot and found one of the drivers who helped me get my door unlocked fast enough that we still got to see the first pitch! Thanks guys for helping out a fellow tow company. We'll return the favor if you're ever in the Fond du Lac area.

Great third time using them to tow a vehicle, they are on time, very professional, and will answer questions and recommend great places to get the vehicle fixed! GT Transmission is a God send and Floyd's was correct
