Highly unprofessional. Said they were open til 12:45 on the voicemail and google, but they didn’t put on google that they were closing early. So we wasted what little gas we had to go out there and they didn’t even have the decency to put on their website that they closed early for the day. When we bring in our stuff Monday, we will be expecting extra for the gas money and time wasted.
First time going to this recycling center so I was unsure of how everything worked. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Even helped me sort some things so I got the best price. I will recommend Redmer and sons to anyone who wants to scrap any metal. I will be returning in the future.
I checked several places before calling Redmer & Sons. They had the best reviews. John came the same day, took our old SUV & gave us a VERY fair price. I appreciate how courteous he & his assistant were on the phone as well as the efficiency with which they completed everything. We would definitely call them again.
I have been doing business with John and his staff since they opened and I can say whole heartedly that the prices are competitive. They are on par if not better than most local yards. Short of going to waukesha they are one of the best around. The guys in the yard may look a bit rough but you couldn't find nicer people.
Good luck maintaining your positive rapport due to your respectful and professional employees if you treat them lower than the dirt you walk on. I’d air out your dirty laundry if I didn’t care to stoop to your level, John. Good riddance.
My new hobby of scrapping, been to several yards, really enjoy working with the employees, very helpful and always willing to answer my newbie questions. Prices are market fair! I keep coming back here! Thanks
Found a new yard. 2 trips and we are very happy with both the price and the service. Everybody we came in contact with was very polite and accommodating and willing to answer questions. We don't scrap much but we will be back
It can be difficult in my opinion to find a yard with professional employees that will be respectful and take the time to answer questions. The gentleman working the drive thru part was a very pleasant experiences. Will definitely be back.
Great bunch of people! I enjoy the friendliness and humor of all the employees! They pay well so i get a few bucks in my pocket and it''s nice that i''m keeping a few things outta landfills!
Premium prices for first timers? You guys are a joke. You only gave us 4$. Dont come here. They are cheap. Not even worth the drive or the tiny bit of money they give you.
Redmer & Sons Recycling has provide great customer service to Cub Scout Pack 372, Waterford, WI and we take our "Scouting for C.A.N.S." trailer strictly to them as they have supported us which allow us to collect more aluminum cans. They are great to work with.
