Treat others how anyone would want to be treated I was very surprised that he was willing to work with me.
My wife took my truck to work and the alternator went while she was driving.
So Stevens point PD had to tow it out of the intersection to their yard.
LIKE I SAID HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US TO GET IT OUT OF THE IMPOUND.
HE DROPPED A COUPLE FEES AND MADE IT SO THAT WE COULD GET THE TRUCK HOME.
EVEN LET ME COME BACK AND JUMP MY TRUCK.

I'm from out of town and unfortunately ended up in an accident on my way back home. Family and friends are several hours away, and Ben was willing to stay late at the shop for several hours until my ride made it up to Steven Point. I can't be more thankful for how compassionate they were during a time as stressful as getting into a car accident.

I was in a wreck and Johnson's towing was called. Zach showed up about 10 minutes later even in rush hour traffic. Top notch service, frankly, best over all in any of my experiences with towing companies. Friendly, curteous, timely, efficiant, and professional. They allowed me to hang out in their office until my ride came, and they deal with the insurance companies. They are definetely locked in. My Girlfriend and myself were headed to Mequon, WI to stay at a hotel for the night and go to the Wildwood Safari Zoo in the morning. We had a 3-1/2 hour drive and 3 hours into it a Deer ran out in front of us on the Highway going 70mph. My car was totaled but we walked out of the accident without a scratch! Sheriff Elliot Schmale was on the scene very quickly and was very nice and helpful. Stranded 3 hours from home our Tow Truck Guy Benji from Johnson Towing came to the scene to pick up my totaled truck. Benji turned out to be our Guardian Angel, we were very shook up the accident was just horrific and we had no idea what we were going to do. Thanks to Benji he took us to his place of business to drop off my truck. After that Benji called a friend at AVIS Rentals, Olivia and drove us all the way to the Airport to AVIS. By the time we got to AVIS everything was all completed and we were done in under 5 minutes. Then Benji walked us outside to our rental car helped us load everything up and made sure we were all good and on our way back home! I have heard of over and above helping but this was our Angel to help get us through such a horrific time. Thank You Benji we will never forget what you did for us, God Bless, Robin & Gina
My car broke down and I didn’t know what to do I made the call to my boyfriend and he got me towed by Ben at Johnson’s. From when he picked me up to when I left I was treated like family. I can’t say nice things about Johnsons. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Words can’t explain how amazing these guys are. Thank you for being amazing people, your help, kindness and hospitality in our time of crisis was greatly appreciated. I cannot state how much these guys deserve your business and support. After being in a very shaking accident with our son (12/autism) these guys helped us feel comfortable and at home. They offered us beverages and food and a nice place to stay while we waited for help. They gave our son cars and magazines to play with and read and then gave him a towing company T-shirt that he wore home with absolute pride. I cannot again say enough how much their compassion and kindness came through in a moment when we really needed it. Thanks for keeping us distracted and laughing when we could have been traumatized.
I had a flat on I-41 in the middle of the night and Ben stopped to help out. Had me hooked up and down the road before my insurance company's roadside scheduler even gave me a call back.
Ben went above and beyond when my van broke down late on a Sunday night. He took care of me and my son, making sure the van was taken care of and helped us get into a good hotel for the night. His thoughtfulness and kindness to go the extra mile on a Sunday night in an unfamiliar place was much appreciated and a bright spot on a trying situation.
I was really stuck in mud after spring thaw and Zack knew exactly what I needed to get me out!!! Quickly and very reasonable! Even spoke with my insurance company to help me with the reimbursement. If you ever need a tow company, these are the best guys in Stevens Point!

The tow truck arrived much sooner than we thought possible. Ben’s experience was immediately obvious. Johnson towing has great equipment. Ben put our car on his flatbed and towed the 2nd car, removing both cars at once, in approx. 20 minutes. Time and experience, johnson towing has both. It was an exceptional experience. Bill
It is not ever a good day when you have to call a towing company. My daughter was stranded in Stevens Point. After I arrived we tried to limp it back. The car stalled at a very busy intersection. Johnson Towing was there in 10 min after my call. The driver was professional, courteous, and empathetic. If I ever am in the Point area again and need a tow, they will be my first call. Highly recommended.

Wanted to take some time to shine a light on Johnson Towing, Ben, specifically. We are in Steven’s Point from Albuquerque, NM visiting family for the new year. We had a flat on our rental car and asked if Ben wouldn’t mind us tagging along to Enterprise- he happily obliged, but to our surprise, he was going to Appleton, not to the enterprise in Point. Ben took a longer route to make sure we got where we needed to go- he walked us into enterprise and gave us so many great suggestions on what to do while in town.
We are from out of town, as mentioned, but genuinely, we are feeling so very blessed and taken care of my the locals here in Steven’s Point.

Not only was the response very timely, but the service was incredible. They alerted me towing is potentially covered under my auto insurance policy which I was unaware of. I was able to get reimbursed by my insurance agent, only because Johnson let me know to check!

Man these guys came in clutch. I just blew my engine coming home (it's Sunday @ 10pm) and I'm about 120 miles from home and these guys not only picked up on the first few rings but he didn't hesitate to come get me and my truck out of here immediately. Super curtious, friendly, and careful when hooking up. I would most definitely use them again should the need arise.

Great work ethic and awesome custumer service. Picked up my f350, my 40' goseneck trailer, and gave me a ride to a hotel. They gave me a rate for towing, for storage, and thats what they charged. No hidden fees!
I called Triple AAA as my van would not start on a Sunday morning at the Sams Club parking lot in Wausau. I had frozen food and my dog in my van. So I called Johnson Towing. He arrived within the hour... took me home to drop off my groceries and my dog and then took me to the place that can fix my van. They go the extra mile.
While towing a large 5th wheel RV near Stevens Point, my truck turbo hose blew on Memorial Day 2018. After calling roadside assistance, Johnson Towing was there to help me within about 30 minutes. They were able to tow the truck and RV still attached all the way to Madison. Cost was reasonable and the service was fantastic. Very nice guys to interact with. Ben had to make multiple stops to get the RV dropped off and truck to the dealer. Then...drop me at a hotel. Great experience considering it was a bad day. Would recommend these guys to anyone.
