JUST RECEIVED A JAGUAR CYLINDER HEAD. WAS A GREAT PRICE. I ASKED THEM IF THEY SHIPPED. HE SAID WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT. I TOLD HIM . NOT TRYING TO WASTE HIS TIME. BUT ALOT OF YARDS WONT SHIP. Very rude parts attendant. Told me that my classic car is old (obviously) and I should get rid of it. Clearly he has never been to a car show. Never going to support them again.
This place is a joke. They sell you apart, they don't mark it, and then when you don't need it and you try to bring it back and they don't honor. It at all, and it says, 90 days warranty. And guarantee your money back, but they lied about it. So anybody out there looking for parts do not go to this place.

First time interacting with Norbs. I have seen the sign from the highway but never contacted them. I needed an alternator for an old truck. They got right back to me with a quote. I picked it up and installed it and it works perfectly. It was a good experience and I think I will be using them a lot more in the future. They even said I had 30 day warranty on the alternator. Saved a lot by going with a used alternator. AZ and O'Reilly's don't even stock the alternator I needed. Thanks again!! Great business. Staff seemed nice and they do take credit.
Really nasty service very rude DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. Horrible customer service. Also got creepy looks from one of the guys working and made me feel super uncomfortable. Never going back again.

You may not need to contact an auto salvage dealer often, but when you do, you should only deal with the best. I've had a handful of transactions with Norb's Auto Salvage and each one left me pleased with where I was spending my money and how I was being treated. Josh and Sean are excellent to work with and made sure I was pleased with both the parts and their service. That's not just extremely rare in auto salvage, it's rare in the service world period. Norb's has proven to me they are a first rate business that cares about their customers.
Extremely happy! I live 6 hours away and they were kind enough to ship me 2 doors for my car for a reasonable price. They were delivered the next day, and wrapped up very well & arrived with no damage. The doors fit great and the paint matched perfectly. A body shop wrote a $6000 estimate on this car, and I was able to fix it for less than $500. Kris was very helpful 10/10 recommend.

On the recommendation of a local stereo shop, I ordered a replacement radio amplifier from Norb's Auto Salvage. Unfortunately, the replacement did not work either and the local shop owner found a blown fuse caused the radio not to work. Josh accepted my return of the part and quickly sent my refund. An Honest Man.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Even tho they didn't have what I was looking for the woman pointed me in the right direction and gave me some tips on important questions to ask.I truly appreciate her taking the time to do that. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Josh was extremely helpful and personable. I was only sent half of my parts and he quickly refunded me half my money back as requested. Good guy to have working the phone. Would do business with again.
Bought a used motor from them. I verified that they tested the motor before purchase. We are extremely busy with family sports so missed the 30 day window for returns but figured we would trust their word on the motor being in working condition. We finally found time to get ready to install it and there’s a busted valve in the head. (No way it busted in transporting to our house.) So we were going to replace the head go to do that today and the bottom end has a broken piston rod. The #1 rod doesn’t move. Make sure if you buy something from them to look over it with the 30 days don’t take their word that they tested it.
Did not follow written directions. Destroyed the assembly I had requested. When asked they gave me some but not all of the missing parts (because the other parts were likely thrown away.) Instead of being ready to put on, I now have a dozen hours of prep, having to order replacement pieces that should not have had to been touched, and the electrical is messed up by the tech who took it apart. Initially I dealt with the owner on web, email, and phone and was very explicit not to disassemble- he told me they charge more, I said it was worth it to be ready to hang. I didn’t need all of the parts but not having to troubleshoot the electronics and having paint matching was well worth it to me. They still stripped it down to just a skin.
It's kept up and there's a good number of staff working here. I've brought my aluminum cans here. They were friendly and decently fast. If I needed anything I would stop here first versus the one in East Green Bay which I've heard negative stories about.
After talking with the sales rep, i will go buy my parts else where and recommend all my friends and family to not go there. The rep was not very friendly. She was straight to point in an annoyed tone in her voice. I've been a customer service manager for more than 10+ years and that was horrible service. I don't care if they have the parts or not or even the best peice by a mile. I would rather travel further and spend more than talk to someone again who sound like they dont even want to be bothered.

I got a bumper assembly, hood and grill for my 2015 Ford Edge. I was very impressed with their honesty, response time, and execution. They called to inform me of minor dings and took appropriate action to remedy the situation. They took all the parts out and shipped it out of state for me and received it a day and half later.when it arrived it was neatly wrapped on a pallet. Kristine was very professional and helpful. They will be getting my business if I need anything else. Great work!
Hi I received a rear taillight for my 93 grand Prix today it arrived 2days early and was packaged just fine and secure and just in time as my cars inspection is nearing and the timing is perfect! and so is this light and it looks great!! no scratches no broken studs or cracks it was a little dusted and dirty but after a cleaning and a little TLC it looks new!! I'm glad and very happy with my purchase as I was having difficulty finding one locally that wasn't damaged or faded or would leak water. I will be keeping my eye open for more grand prix parts..
