Our Grandson had an accident and drove our car off a dirt road corner. He was not hurt, but the vehicle rolled over and landed back on its wheels. Then came Osceola Towing to cause the most damage. They towed the vehicle away for the night, we went to pay the tow fee in the morning less than 10 hours later and drove, yes drove the car away. Over $1600 dollars. It was robbery. They charged 2 days storage for less than 10 hours, a special roll over fee even though the vehicle was upright and driveable. I hope this review helps persuade anyone who sees it to use caution before using their service. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN FINANCIAL SAFETY!

I do not feel $300.00 for a 15 minute winch out of a ditch to be a fair price...

Osceola Towing was great to use for towing couldn't have been a better experience. Friendly, very quick to get to me stuck on the side of the road, loaded up my van on a flat bed and brought back to my house. All in a proffessional manner and at a reasonable rate.

This company was amazing. After being set up with another company and waiting the 90-120 eta they provided; they still weren’t there after 3 hours and had no clear eta. Ended up cancelling and rescheduled tow with these guys. They were on scene within 30 mins and so professional and helpful.. so grateful for their service and highly recommend to anyone that needs a tow!

We were moving last night when our truck, which was already packed wouldn't start. We planned on moving our truck and what was packed in it, into storage. Not only did this wonderful man tow our truck to the storage facility, he helped us get it into the storage garage! It was an extra 30 minutes he spent making sure we were ok!
