Thank you for the excellent service when you replaced my wife's car battery the end of July and then replaced that battery 2 weeks ago when we thought it was defective. Your assumption that the battery was not the problem was correct, but you replaced it anyway. Far and away the best service received at an auto parts store in recent history.
