Did a very excellent job last year on my hail damage.

They live up to their name. Thats for sure. Over $700 for a car I wasn’t able to drive home. If you have an “old” car they suck at troubleshooting.

I was passing through the area, about 5 hours from home, and had a punctured tire on my trailer. They were able to help me get it patched and back on the road quickly! Great group and happy to have done business with them!

Had an issue when an idler wheel seized up and threw my serpentine belt (70 miles from work and in -16 degree temperatures.) I was able to get out of the cold, called and spoke with Todd right away in the morning hoping he could tow my truck, fix me up and have it done by the end of the work day so I could get back up there to pick it up. He had all the work done by 11am and an oil change to boot. I really appreciate the service and the communication. Would recommend to anyone that is up in that area. Thanks again

I have been to Dick's 3 times in the last 3 months. First was an accident, rick was super helpful, and they got my car road worthy as promised. Second time, I saw a liquid in the snow under my car, which I thought was antifreeze, and they helped me to realize it was an oil issue, they put oil in and it was again road worthy. Today, my car stopped accelerating, I called, they said to bring it right in, they read the computer for a reasonable amount, and found I have an issue with burning oil. They filled my oil, and directed me to a GM dealer that can save me money if this is covered under an extended warranty. All in all, super helpful and honest and convienent.

They do great auto body work, very pleasant and polite. They sell used cars as well, not a huge selection but good quality and reasonably priced. If you need any auto body work done I highly recommend Dick's Auto Body. Even provided me with a nice loaner car so I didn't have to get a rental. They work hard to get your car done and back to you as soon as possible.
