Karl has always been great for our family of truckers. From towing across country to getting our trucks in and out the door saving our a$$es more times than we can count. Reasonable priced aswell. Awesome people.
What you pay for is what you get but with that said not all mechanics are created equal. When God made Carl ? he said make him smart, and kind, and keep him humble. The Polzerz broz have literally saved our asses more times than id like to remember (spendy and inconvenient break downs really hurt) Polzers made them hurt a little less. Quick to save you from the side of the road so you dont miss big events like *YOUR wedding day & job interviews* fast to find the issues with your car and realistic about the likelihood of costs and time to repair. They've towed me a few times. Tow truck drivers are always accommodating and safety is a huge part of their operation. I can't say one bad thing about Polzerz. We moved here almost 5 years ago and theyre all we use! Not to mention there were some hard to swallow price tags that MIRACULOUSLY Polzerz worked with us on.

Carl was awesome. Had a boat that carried gear as well as three people. Not sure what happened but about 120 yards down from the Ella landing the boat went under. Called Carl and he went to check out the area the next morning. We went back to the landing and called him about 11am. He had some things he was doing and gave us an ETA of 2pm but we decided to wait. He texted and came down to meet us about 12:30pm. He helped us hook the boat and get it back on shore. He stayed and helped us load it back on the trailer as well. Made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. Awesome guy. Laid back and had a smile. Scary weekend for sure but having this guy come out and help with a smile made everything seem to lighten up. Will definitely call again if their services are needed.
Carl himself came out in thr middle of a winter storm to help unlock the keys that were accidently left in our vehicle. Unlocked in less thrn 5 minutes. And at 8 p.m.! Truly use this business if you want great results with a cheap price! My wife and I were ecstatic!Friendly and more then convenient, I would recommend Polzer for anything from towing to lockout!
My husbands car was stranded after it started on fire 100 miles from home. He was so kind and professional. He was the only company that would do the job. He was flexible and worked with us for a time. Did a great job. Thanks
What an adventure! Not only did we (and our cat that was traveling with us) get stuck in an unexpected snowstorm, and we got a flat tire, too! We were fortunate enough to contact them for help. They went above and beyond getting us to their shop, changing out the tire, and helping us get unstuck (again) from their road. Respectful, understanding, and friendly!
Great place to take your vehicle. Weather it's your car, pickup or semi truck and trailer. Honest people that do a great job and get the job done right. Highly recommend them
My Truck broke down in the middle of the road way and they were there at site within 15 minutes. Superior sevice and my truck was repaired the next day by noon. I will call on them again any day. Wonderful group to work with.
To be honest, one star is too high to rate this company. It was about 12 am when I became stranded 45 minutes away from home on this past Sunday night. Geico roadside assistance was aiding me. They were trying to find a towing company in my area to help me get home. They finally reached Polzer Brothers and a man gave them a quote. They then approved the quote and tried to call the man back. He kept sending them to voicemail. Geico called me back and asked me to call him. I called him and he answered first try! He then asked me what they approved him for and I didn't know because they had not told me. He asked me to call them back and find out the price. I literally said to him that if he did not want to come and get to me to let me know so I could find a way home. He said he would but he claimed he could not reach Geico back. So I called them back and got the price which was exactly what he had asked for! What a relief. I tried to call the guy back a few times with no response. I called Geico and they were able to reach him and guess what? ALL OFF THE SUDDEN HE DIDN'T ACCEPT GEICO. He didn't tell them or me when we talked that he didn't accept Geico. What a terrible thing to do to leave a person stranded with no help in the middle of the night ESPECIALLY when he was getting the price he agreed on. They were my last hope as Geico had exhausted all resources they had around me. I was stuck for 5 hours. This company should not even be in business.
