I had such a great experience with this business! I called to ask if they would be willing to install a new battery I had already purchased, and they didn’t hesitate to help. Not only were they happy to use the battery I brought in, but they got everything done quickly and professionally — and didn’t even charge me for it.
They were incredibly kind, honest, and amazing at what they do. It’s rare to find businesses that go above and beyond like that. I’m so grateful for their help and will absolutely be recommending them to others!
Easy to work with, professional, and always comes through. The owner goes above and beyond to keep vehicles clean even while the data center is being built nearby. These guys do a good job, and give back to community on a regular basis. The owner is always lending his help. From local community help, to hurricane victims down south the owner lends a hand, time, and money without asking for anything in return, or advertising it. This is the type of person you want to do business with.

This place is truly a one-stop shop. I had my car towed to them when it broke down. They diagnosed that it needed an engine, so I sold it to them for scrap and then purchased one of their used cars. On top of that, they made me a new key for it complimentary with the purchase. I couldn’t believe it just absolutely amazed.
The Trailblazer I own is push button engine ignition. I had no idea that the key gadget had a battery! Until it died! So did the SUV! You would think the car battery died! I bought a new battery for it, and the person that put it in, put it in backwards! SUV still didn’t work! I found Pitbull. Owen came to my rescue! Flipped that battery and it started! Long story short, he did it for free! I am so thankful for his help. I’ll be referring you to anyone that needs help Thank you for helping me on a Cold Winter Night!
Randy and his crew have taken many vehicles from me from bad engine to just not worth me fixing. On January 6th my car decided to kill over because of a throttle body problem after taking it to the dealership many times and they told me nothing was wrong . I called them for a tow and they had my car back to my house within the hour as they were already on a call. I think this will be my permanent mechanic from here on out thank you guys so much
I took my car here to Pitbull after three other local shops could not figure out why my battery kept draining after putting three new batteries in it. The other three shops just kept throwing parts at it, not knowing what they were doing, and when I brought it to this place, it took them a couple days, but they figured out the root problem. Needless to say this is where I’ll be going for the rest of my My life for car repairs, That’s To mention their shop was so clean very well organized. The people were so polite. It’s a little bit off the beaten path, but well worth it.
On December 28, my car broke down in Grafton as I was passing through and Randy from this company was the driver who came to told me and take my car back to where I live in Brookfield but the shop that I was using was not gonna be able to get me in till after Christmas and I was getting ready to do Christmas shopping and this man took me to the store on our way to drop my car off so I could Finish the rest of my shopping, then dropped me off at home and Help me unload all my stuff into the house and then took my car to the shop. I could not believe somebody did that and did not even charge me extra for the people who live in that city are very lucky to have a company like this.
The guy that was working on a car outside of a restaurant and I walked up to him to see if they do spare keys and said yes we do made me a key and didn't want to charge me awesome company and can't thank you enough great company and friendly owner
I can’t say enough good things about them, they fixed my car when we were in a pinch. I had a bad tire and had a three hour drive home. We truly are so thankful and grateful they could help us out, and definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you again!
Small back story: I am a Canadian who was visiting family in Illinois. I was called by my Chain of Command to report in the next day. So I hit the road ASAP(Also a military member in the Canadian Armed Forces)
My truck blew its water pump on the highway right beside their shop, i was then brought to the shop in under 30mins!!! Shop staff and mechanics are super friendly, and accommodating. Parts we were ordered and arrived within the hour. And I was back on the road with in 2hrs!!!
We truly could not be happier with our experiences here at Pitbull. Amanda, Randy, the mechanics and crew are awesome, straight forward no b.s. type of people. Which we respect and appreciate soo much. Not to mention that cutie Vinnie (the pup) and the adorableness you get to see from time to time patrolling the grounds ;) They are a very family oriented type of place that truly just feels like home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Words cannot even fully describe how grateful I am for this company. Today I had the pleasure of working with Jivan. I had arranged for him to pick up my vehicle from a lot and deliver it back to my home. I will spare details but unfortunately, Jivan was given a hard time with this other joke of a company. His safety was in question but he pressed on and continued the job and brought me my car. Upon arrival, he was the sweetest man! He was very careful and thorough with my vehicle and was running back and forth to try to make it a speedy process while also handling my car with care. I had asked about everything that happened and he told me what happened and expressed his concerns. I then explained the situation that put my car in that lot in the first place and he was very sympathetic and personable. I would 100% recommend this business! Absolutely outstanding customer service and overall just amazing people to work with!
Randy was so helpful and transparent about the whole process and pricing, and was quick to respond to any questions I had!! I lost my only key and fob I had for my vehicle and needed a new one made ASAP! He was able to come out to my location, 45 mins from his shop, and get me all set to go with everything I needed in less than an hour!! Definitely recommend him!

Thank you thank you thank you to Pitbull Towing and Repair! We were traveling from Florida to Door County, Wisconsin and suddenly our brakes locked up, leaving us stranded on an exit ramp. Lucky for us that ramp was only 8 miles away from Pitbull Towing and repair. Many people stopped to offer help and several recommended we call Pitbull. Even though it was a Sunday we were able to reach them and Owen got our car working again in record time. I highly recommend using Pitbull for anyone who needs car repairs-they were honest, efficient, friendly and professional. Thank you Owen for saving our vacation!

What AWESOME service from this company! Ended up stranded at Pig in Saukville on a snowy Saturday nite (2/15) with my Rouge that just had some electrical event & battery died. Made 3 phone calls to find a tow truck & Pitbull came thru. Towed to their business next day& diagnosed problem...dead 3 y/o battery. Anyhow, kind, caring people from a fantastic business, that I previously had never heard of. Great job!
Today I met Randy, the owner, of Pitbull Towing & what an absolutely amazing man he is. I've been without my jeep since Sunday & this man literally went out of his way to make sure I had a running vehicle again. We had flat tire on the way back from dropping our son off at college in Milwaukee. Needless to say we were excited to get home. After calling Pitbull Towing, they helped us diagnose the condition of the flat, weather we needed a tow, replacement, or onsite fix, and decided to come and meet us with their service vehicle for a plug. (PS Genesis GV80 some models do NOT come with a spare... ridiculous)
After arriving quickly after the call, identifying and plugging the hole, advice was offered considering their was some level of sidewall damage from driving it to the shoulder once it was flat.
Highly recommend to anyone in need of quick assistance and advice!
So...my car decided to quit on me and I needed to get it towed to a repair shop as they didn't offer this service. Called PitbullTowing and they were there within an hour! The driver, Randy, was very knowledgeable and quick. He also told me that Pitbull Towing does Towing AND Car Repairs! Makes sense to do both! Very thankful for their help!!!
Outstanding customer service! I took my car in for a brake job but there were some issues getting parts and the mechanic left for the weekend. The owner went above and beyond by calling in someone else to get parts and fix the car Friday night after hours so I could have it Saturday morning. I highly recommend them!
For me it was a great and wonderful service, My car stopped they arrived 7 minutes after I called. They took me back to work, Towed my car... Even pick me up the next day so I could pick up my car The price was half what Google said it was ($200), And about a $100 less than what I thought it would be ... they were Honest and respectful.. And the place is really owned by pit bulls ( They have 2 very friendly Very beautiful grey pit bulls) The guy that helped me, Is Greg
