I called about 5 places to schedule a tow for my car to my mechanic and TJ'z Towing were probably the most professional and affordable. They quoted me an estimate on the phone and stuck to that price when they came to do the service. They also gave me a small discount when I payed with cash. Highly recommended for emergency or scheduled towing.

Highly highly recommend this place. I was turned away by all other companies including, fox city’s towing, femals towing, ricks towing and a couple others. No one could come out to a simple deer collision. I won’t be going anywhere else but TJz from now on.
I had a unigue and complicated situation Mark and Damon were awesome and went beyond just the tow help with the situation its self in more than 1 way. I hope I wont need their services often but if I do they will be my go goto. I would give them 10 stars if I could
My tow was fine, I trusted it would be as this was a tow company called out via the Metro police after an accident. BUT BEWARE IF THEY OFFER OR SUGGEST TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO GRACY’S AUTO BODY AFTER AN ACCIDENT. They do terrible work at that shop and I personally believe THIS TOW TRUCK COMPANY GETS $$$ KICKBACKS FROM GRACYS FOR BRINGING CARS TO THEM. Too bad I was a poor unsuspecting victim of that….
I case anyone’s wondering - Originally I asked to be taken to Dreher/Calliber Collision, because I’m more familiar with their work, but the driver gave me some pushback (I was in shock from the accident so don’t remember his exact reasoning) and he ultimately suggested it would be better for both of us if we went to Gracy’s instead. (I think maybe it’s close to his tow shop??) Anyway, I sure regret allowing him to talk me into it.
The owner was fantastic! He was willing to meet me at 7:30 p.m. after hours so I can pick up my vehicle. My vehicle's battery was dead thanks to the outagamie county sheriff's department searching it for over an hour. He stuck around for over 15 minutes until my vehicle started.. highly recommend!
On my way home, my tire blew. When I called them, he was there very quickly. My car got clipped also, so he kept me calm all the way to the dealership. He was very kind and my guardian angel today. Thank you so much!!
Just wanted to say thank you for the help they provided and services rendered when my daughters car was involved in a car accident.

TJ is a scam artist. He charged an additional $50 for a calendar day even though it does not state on the invoice that there was a $50 charge per day at all. Nor did he mention it when I initially called to find out how much it would be for the towing itself. Had I been informed of this charge I would have tried to pick up my car sooner. Do not call them unless you want to hand over your money to a con man.

The person in question is not my boyfriend, he is a very good friend of mine. Regardless of that fact, he made a mistake and is subsequently being punished for said mistakes, does not take away from your unethical business practices. You are just as in violation of the law as he was. I may not be able to rectify it legally but I will not have you smear me or my friend as a distraction from your own poor moral code.
They are awesome.. Affordable.. Reliable. Love there customer service.. They always went above and beyond when we had them tow our cars.. They would even back them into the shop to make it easier for my father.. Thanks so much from Al's Auto
Very unprofessional. Do not use this service. They added an excessive amount of fees and didn't tell me about them. When I called to complain Mark, the owner, didn't care.
Very unprofessional. Their driver didn't want to work so he drove off and made up a bunch of excuses. I called the number for an explanation and was hung up on. Put a complaint on FB and heard every excuse. I was stranded and happy someone could tow us to our house. They can't believe someone would be upset for them just leaving us with no explanation. I would recommend calling anyone else.
