I'm a dedicated Saab enthusiast, and keeping these cars on the road can definitely be a challenge especially went looking for rare upgrade parts. I was searching for a rare gauge cluster to upgrade my car, and not only did they have it—they sold and shipped it at a great price. Later, I was on the hunt for a hard-to-find head unit, and they had that too. Although I’ve never visited this yard in person, the fact that they had two rare Saab parts in stock suggests they maintain an impressive inventory and a solid selection of vehicles.
Called about a part.
Talked to M,
He said they had one that'd work.
I told him I'd be on my way shortly for it.
Upon arrival I was graced with the most disrespectful customer service I've ever experienced.
M seemed like he could care less like I was wasting his time.
Told him I called about said part. He said my guys out looking for it. That's it.
So I ask. Yes this a you guys pull it type of junkyard?
Since he told me his guy was looking for it.
He instantly thought I asked if I pull the part and got almost defensive.
I gave up and sat down.
This guys obvious lacking in customer relations.
While I sat and waited in their tiny office.
M fielded a phone call that was obviously an upset/unsatisfied customer.
After that phone call. Which want very professional.
M began cussing about this customer. Many times he dropped the f- bomb. Putting the customer down and just downright being disrespectful.
Towards the end. The other guy at the desk asked. " Why is this guy waiting. Where's his part?"
I have NEVER experienced such downright pathetic customer service.
There's zero reason to cuss out any person behind their back.
Much less a customer that paid for an item.
All the whole. Myself. A paying customer was right there to witness this complete disrespect for another human being.
Listening to M drop f- bomb after f - bomb over a simple phone call.
They should truly investigate their two front office men for completely unacceptable business practices.
People here are not friendly. Business practices are shady. Will sell you the wrong parts then not refund them or swap them for the right parts. I recommend to go somewhere else
3rd car I bought from these people and all were sold drastically below market price because of the salvaged stigma. These units are all inspected by the state before you can drive them off the lot. Never had an issue after purchasing until my last purchase. My car didn’t start within a week of purchase. They sent a flatbed out to pick up my car, offered a loaner, and fixed the issue free of charge. These guys are great & I highly recommend them….I’ll never buy a used car elsewhere. The car I just bought looks and drives like new, and I got it for $7,000 below market value. You’d never know it was in an accident, and I can say the same for the prior 2 vehicles I bought there. Great people.
Great at finding parts but incredibly rude staff who could care less about retaining customers. I've called and been there multiple times and everytime the staff is rude and dismissive
I called to check on availability of a pair of tires I needed. It took them a day to get back to me. When they finally called back we spoke and the lady said she would text me a picture of the condition of the tires. That also took a day before I got the picture. I can't say I was impressed with their service.
BC Auto journeys! I run here ALOT, for various parts, glass, lights, everything you might need to put a car back together. Awesome crowd, they've always taken really good care of me, parts ready, help me load, whatever it takes. I'd recommend this place for all your do it yourself projects (side mirrors, tail lights, etc). Thanks for making my job easy, and a little bit fun!
Can't always get me the part I need and if they need to order the part, it's hella EXPENSIVE!!!
Went in on two separate occasions, I needed a used bumper the first time, and a condenser the second time. Both times they didn't have cars in their salvage yard matching my request, and after finding out how much it would cost to ship in, I would rather buy from a parts store (AutoZone, O'Reillys, Advance Auto) or Ebay.
Their customer service was fine, it's just it's really expensive to buy from them. This should be the last place to get your car parts from. ALWAYS SHOP FOR PRICE QUOTES!

Very helpful, friendly. Brittney went out of her way to find me my part for my car that is critical of me needing. And she found it. No one else would take there time to look, but she did. Thank you. This is my new used parts supplier.
I stretchered A wiper motor for my 2010 Edge it fit however it cost me $492.00 to have my car fixed because though it fit it was the wrong part... I had to buy the right part and take my Edge to a Ford dealer If I was you I would not buy any thing here because they are crooks
