Called ahead for scrap price was told 1 price and when got there the guy paying tried paying a MUCH lower price. He says " I don't work counter often" I'm pretty sure everyone knows the price of copper who works there. Do homework b4 going.
Have gone here several times and will in the future. They are knowledgeable and helpful, and deserve better reviews as they didn't create a market that costs the consumer to dispose but are doing an amazing service that's operates with costs. This is the the end process of cheap electronics when we don't pay for it at purchase, like California to my understanding.
Been here a couple times for recycling purposes, they're able to recycle a lot of stuff for little to free. They were also friendly, and answered my questions quickly.
Brought scrap here easily valued over $500, easily. After they dumped and mixed it with the rest of their scrap, they gave me a ticket and told me to walk around the building and talk to the front desk attendant. I did as instructed, and it was at that moment I was told I would recieve $120 for all of my scrap. Never again.
Steer clear from this disgraceful excuse for a recycling center. If you dont, you will get shafted by these pirates. The one star is for pitty reasons. Good luck and if you do decide to go there dont forget to bring vasiline.
Rating: Two Thumbs Down… Syndrome.
I walked in and told the guys what I had. They were very friendly and they helped me unload all of my metal from my truck. I ended up getting more money for what I had then what I expected. Some of the prices were a little lower than I thought and some were higher than I thought but it all evened out. I will definitely be going here again the next time I have some scrap metal.
Husband read off from his phone: FREE recycling electronics event. Checked online and did not see prices. Drove significant distance with a few items. Found out only the phones I had would be free to recycle. Don't waste my time and gas people. Took 1 item to Goodwill Surplus store and it was cheaper than Recycle That Stuff and will hopefully get used again. Brought one item home because I was out of cash.
Wonderful place to take your electronic recycling, friendly, helpful (always offer to help me unload), convenient location and accepting of nearly everything aside from smoke detectors. Highly recommend!

Shelly has helped my employer (a computer repair center) with all of our recycling needs! Give them a call and Shelly will pick up. She was incredibly knowledgeable on what can be recycled, how much it costs to recycle certain components, and how much they pay for certain types of metals. I highly recommend Recycle That Stuff to all of our customers and my family and friends.They even offer data destruction on hard drives for a very small fee. They are also endorsed by Wisconsin's E-Cycle program, which is super cool!
