Didn't catch his name, but the gentleman man that helped me tow my girlfriends jeep from Starbucks in GB at around 6pm was great. He went above and beyond to help any way he could and was very professional and polite
I received a tow through AAA using Fox Cities Towing Neenah. Everything was awesome! The gentleman who called me to get my information was great. I explained what had happened, I was driving , my tire fell off my car and I was stuck on the curb. He was very nice and reassured me he would get a tow truck in a very short amount of time. Brandon was there in a very short amount of time. It was the shortest amount of time I have ever had to wait for a tow truck. He explained what he was doing and verified where he was towing it. Brandon was very pleasant and nice. He called me when he dropped it off and reminded me to turn off the emergency blinkers before I turn the keys into the repair shop. I would definitely call on this towing company again and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so much for bringing calm, and a little humor into a stressful situation.
Had an oil leak and caused some substantial smoking to my car. Had my guy Brandon come and snag my car from a busy parking lot and was very nice. Very timely and great communication the whole way through the process. Couldn’t have gone much smoother honestly!
first time calling FCT for myself and we were glad we did. despite the far drive out to where we were, brandon got there pretty quickly considering distance. he was respectful and made the mood better even though he was towing us home. we had a great experience with FCT, especially with how great brandon was, we’ll be calling them next time with need a tow
Brandon T. was fast, upbeat, and overall super chill. He moved my car out of a tight space without issue. This is the only pleasant tow experience I've had, and this dude deserves a raise
Quick call and Brandon was down to help pickup my car that broke down in Oshkosh and brought me and my car back up to Kaukauna. Very friendly and made quick work of the tow. Thanks again.
The tow service we received from Brandon was taken care of so quickly! We requested a tow truck on AAA's website, Brandon called within 10 minutes, and arrived in about 15 minutes. He was super friendly...great service!
Incredible service! Speedy time frame and excellent communication. Being broke down on the side of the freeway is nerve wrecking, but I was taken care of quickly and put at ease. Tow driver ( I think Brandon was the name) was so kind!
Can't recommend, AAA sent them a call for a scheduled tow at 5:30 I get a call 30 mins later saying the driver is 28 mins out yet. So 6:30 or so 7:05 rolls around I again I call to find out what the heck the deal is and some snobby girl dispatcher says "I told you about 28 mins so I wasn't to far of haha" lady you were off. By over an hour. They were so unprofessional on the phone and acted like I was last priority. They said "were just down the block" ya right, called canceled this subpar tow agency and then was actually towed by a local company that didn't waste time. Long story short avoid fox city's towing if you value your time
Curtis was awesome! It’s been a busy week with all of us out of towners in for Airventure, but he arrived in a reasonable time, get everything hooked up safely, and got me to the repair shop safe and sound. His truck was the cleanest tow truck I’ve ever been in, he was friendly and polite, and it was clear I was in good hands. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area that found themselves stranded.
One of the most fast and easy experience I have ever had got to me right away and was able to tow my vehicle that had front wheel fall off without a problem
