Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. Fast service. I had a scheduled service time and they got me in right on that time which was highly appreciated. Tires ride great. Would recommend to anyone looking for tire work.

I had my 2016 jeep grand cherokee on oct 29th and when they put my right front strut air bag on driver's side then when I took to get the air pump compressor at 2 guys in a car lot they told me my air bag is leaking when I called to have replace they wouldn't take it back it's at bergstrum in oshkosh and still not have my truck back yet I wish they would have fixed it right I would had my truck by now

Everyone from Captain’s took care of me from start to finish when my vehicle broke down. Towed me back to the fox valley from 3 hours away, was fast to pick me up. And have been helpful throughout the process from the tow, to vehicle storage, and helping me find a new ride. Highly recommend

Captain's Auto for the win this morning! Over the weekend a splash guard under my car started dragging. On Monday morning Captain's took my car in before they were technically open for the day, and removed the splash guard for me at no charge!!! Such kind and amazing service, super grateful for their help!!

Can't brag on Captain enough. I bought my Avalanche from him roughly 2 years ago. At the time he walked me through all his vehicle's, & gave me details on each trying help me find the right fit for what I needed. After purchasing the truck, he put brand new tires on and even worked with me on the price. I've been back since for normal maintenance and his always been honest and helpful. 2 years into having my truck and I haven't had one major issue. I've called him to ask questions when minor things have came up and his always made time to help me with them. When I go to upgrade my truck, I'll definitely be going back to him.

Still the only place I trust a 100% to buy a vehicle. Upgraded my truck and I'm even more happy with this one! Great prices and quality vehicles. With 80k miles on this one, I'm going to have to make up a reason to go back in a couple years to go buy another Thanks Cap, I love my Ram!
Chad saved my weekend. I was traveling south from camping to go to Summerfest in MKE when my alternator belt failed on Friday afternoon. It stranded me 30 miles north of Appleton. Chad immediately ordered the part, drove to me, towed my truck, and replaced the belt. I called him at 3:00 PM Friday afternoon. He had me on the road again by 4:30. Any time I have an issue & need repair Chad & the entire staff listen to what I have to say then figure out what needs to be done in the most efficient way. They always let me know before starting & give me a pretty accurate estimate. This shop runs on integrity and values the customer.
Captain’s Auto did a fantastic job installing the hitch I needed for my fifth wheel. They were helpful with suggestions and delivered as promised. I highly recommend them and will use them again myself in the future.
Had electric brake module installed in my truck and it was professionally installed, on time, and for a reasonable price. I liked being able to talk to the mechanic. He showed me a few tips on how to use it and calibrate it correctly.
I liked them so much I asked for a quote on new brakes, liked the quote and scheduled the install.

I chose this business based on a Google search, and they were quick to respond to my questions via email. I provided Alisa with my vehicle information and the details about the wiring I needed. She quoted me a price, and I scheduled an appointment for about a week later.
When I brought my vehicle in, Alisa at the front desk was professional and polite. After handing her the keys, she spoke to the mechanic about the wire harness install, and he responded with something like, "I don’t remember you telling me about this." Concerned, I asked if he was new, only to find out from Alisa that he was actually the owner of the business. I then noticed the owner researching the wiring installation process on the spot, despite having had a week to review the information I had provided. It was clear the research was only being done during the appointment.
About 45 minutes into the installation, the owner informed me that the job would take longer than expected because additional parts needed to be removed, and therefore, the cost would be higher.
I expressed my concern, noting that the owner had ample time to research the install beforehand. His earlier comments left me uneasy, and I questioned why this hadn’t been researched before quoting me a price. While the owner was polite and acknowledged the additional work, the lack of communication upfront was frustrating. As the owner, he had the opportunity to inform me of the potential price increase before starting the job, not after the vehicle was already partially disassembled.
I fully support small businesses, but this experience was both disappointing and unprofessional. If there’s an oversight in the quote, good business practice would be to either not charge the customer for the extra work or at least offer to split the additional cost. Very disappointed.
Great experience every time. Friendly staff! Great prices compared to other shops! Service is always done within a very reasonable time frame. I started going to Captain’s over 2 years ago when it was Christy’s. First time I was ever there was the day Chad officially took the place over. Only reason I went there was the place I bought my tires from used Christy’s to put them on. So glad that happened!!! lol.
