The man who drives one of your trucks came up by behind me while I was coming up to a red light. Preceded to ride up on my bumper. Blowing his horn a couple times making me startle thinking the semi next to me was doing it or something. As it was loud like a semi horn
No it was him. Behind me. As I was coming up to a red light. I moved over as soon as I could.
He preceded to pretend to shoot me with a gun gesture from his hand.
I didn’t even have any gestures to respond with I kept to my self. He rolls window down and swears/flips me off and tells me to learn how to drive the speed limit. And this was several minutes after I slowed down for that red light.
You have a guy with some serious road rage and anger issues working for you. He was speeding up and slowing down rampaging on the road putting other people in dangerous scenarios.
From just before going under 441 all the way to Kaukauna where he turned left on Margaret st
Based on prior reviews this seems to be a problem. Take care of it. It’s sad really.
I sure hope I don’t have to witness and deal with this harassment as this can lead to bigger issues.
This happened heading east onto north Ave. going under 441 around 5pm October 15 2025.
Wow. Just wow. I usually don’t leave reviews and I hate to sound like a Karen. but I can’t even believe this. Me and my fiance were driving near crystal lake to see my family, and almost got hit and ran of the side of the road by one of their drivers/trucks with a huge machine on the back. We were driving 7 mph to begin with over the speed limit so there was no reason to be on our ass like that. Then 10-20 MPH over the speed limit just to try to get away from this truck that wouldn’t stop tailgating us to the point of basically tapping our car. Wasn’t even a foot away for a good 15-20 minutes. On a one lane, long twisty road with no streets to turn on or merge to. We actually thought we were going to die. One small break from an animal or anything we would’ve probably died. I’m not trying to over exaggerate but had we had our kids in the car. It would’ve been a very different story. My fiance works in towing and landscaping and he couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism shown today. I mean seriously I just wanted to bring this to attention so nobody in the future gets hurt because I’ve now read a few reviews saying similar things. As soon as we were able to pull over to let him pass, he speeds off super quickly and flips us off. Oh and not only did he do this to us but before us did the same to two other vehicles. What did we do? Nothing. At all. My fiancés an amazing driver and I this is just extremely confusing .
I highly recommend this towing company. Their customer service was great and the worker that helped me out was amazing!! Their pricing was also great and half the price of most other towing companies they definitely care about their customers!!
Bob's was, as always, responsive and reasonably priced. Our vehicle was towed to Kolosso's, so Bob's bills Kolosso and they add the cost to the service without markup. I'm my opinion, Bob's is the best in the Valley.
I would not recommend this towing company based on basic good standing business practices. I was traveling South on Hwy 41 when one of this companies vehicles was ahead of me. A llarge stone or rock laying on trailer bed flew off and cracked my windshield immediately. I called the company in 1 min of this happening hoping to talk to the driver to resolve this issue quickly. I was basically given the run around and no call back. I tried calling the next day and they told me it was my problem. Bottom line. You need to clean your trailers before heading out on roadways. I own my own business and would stand behind this issue.
Instead of taking my money and leaving when I lost my key and needed to get the car to the dealership to purchase a new one, the tow truck worker gave me a locksmith's number which saved me 200$ in honda key fees and the tow. 100% excellent service and I would definitely trust them with any car, honest and good!
Bobs towing are awesome! Had them tow truck to All world ford in Hortonville. After dealership failed to follow through and fix vehicle and complaining for 4 days and being lied to, had to have Bobs towing pick up and tow vehicle to another dealership. Hunter was very accommodating and was awesome to work with to help me.

Blew a flat today at a gas station MINUTES before my shift, realized I didn't have a Car Jack, a friendly Worker from Bob's Towing pulled up and asked if I needed help. Then to my embarrassment, not his fault he didn't embarrass me, he taught me how to properly change a tire. So he helped my flat tire, gave me a lesson and helped me get to my shift on time. I never caught his name, but he certainly got a customer for Bobs now. 10/10 WOULD and will reccomend this business!
Simple and plain this company is a better option than the competition. They quoted me 55% cheaper than the other company I called (a big fox valley name) that was clearly trying to exploit me. Thanks Bob's towing you now get my recommendation
Bob’s towing saved me when I was stranded in a parking lot on a business trip with a broken car. They towed me to an auto shop and then helped me find nice hotel to stay the night. Such a relief during a stressful time - thanks Hunter and Bob’s!
I live in the Appleton area, but had my vehicle break down 1.5 hours away in Wausau. I waited over 4 hours for a tow that never came & was referred to Bob’s towing by a friend. I spoke directly with Hunter, who was amazing! He immediately reassured me that he could leave quickly to come out & tow my car back to Appleton.

My car was supposed to be towed but upon arrival of Bob's towing they tried to jumpstart my car real quick and sure enough it,worked ,saving me the towing cost amongst other things. Communication up until their arrival left a little to be desired, but a small price to pay for the service I received. Thank you
This is by far the best towing company I've ever delt with. Not only are they fast and efficient, they stay in contact with you every step of the way. If there are any issues that arise, the owner actually calls you directly to help solve any issues. The owner is unbelievably kind, and helpful. If you're in the appleton area and you need a tow- call these guys before any other company. 100000/10 would recommend.
This gentleman legitimately went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal. When you are dealing with a tow truck driver, you are already in a bad spot. If you want someone that clearly lays out your options and tries to get you the best deal like somebody actually on your side, this is the way to go. This is the first time I've left any sort of review for anything. Robert from Bob's towing in Appleton was that good that I had to. I'm not happy that I have to deal with my vehicle tomorrow at the shop, but Robert made sure I was put in the best position given my circumstances.
First snow storm in WI and my 97 Toyota went into the ditch. They were super friendly and informative over the phone and in person. They did a great job accessing the situation and my vehicles strengths as it is old. Pulled it out sideways just to ensure the vehicle could handle the stress. Bob’s towing has my business forever.
I was traveling on highway 41 through the Appleton area late on a Sunday evening (6/20) towing my pop up camper, when one of the tires of my camper came loose and detached from the trailer! Bob's was able to come pick up the camper and haul it to my mechanic all the way in Beaver Dam WI!
Not only was the tow truck technician/driver who came out very professional and helpful, he was exceptionally kind. I was traveling alone, and am still new to towing a trailer. Combine that with it being a Sunday evening when most businesses are closed and, well, I was pretty shaken up and nearing hysterics. The tow truck driver's professionalism helped me calm down, and he ensured I was ok to drive before we left.
I wish I had gotten the name of the employee who helped me, so I could publicly sing his praises! If you ever read this, just know I am very appreciative of your kindness. (Management - give that man a raise or some extra PTO or something, because he is great with clients! )

Refreshingly honest, genuine, and professional. Could have charged us extra on a theft recovery and definitely showed compassion and empathy. Thats a sure fire way to make a loyal customer for me!

I needed my car pulled out of the ditch from the bad weather we had. My car was in there pretty good, plus the plows had come and plowed me in. When I called they were very nice and able to come out pretty much right away, despite the tow ban just lifting and (im sure) being swamped with calls.
When Robert came, he was extremely kind and got right to work pulling me out! Everything went better than I hopped.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. So bad....Sent a truck out to tow my car that would not start for the last five days. This guy wanted to start the car so he could tow it. DAH....If it would start, I wouldn't need it towed. Rudd person, I would never let AAA send me this company again. The driver was given the keys. I'm glad he will not come back to tow me. Because I would NEVER let him. This company is a real joke.
