We have been using A&W Towing for many years. We even moved away for a while and came back to the area and went right back to A&W Towing. We were even using A&W before the current owner. The current owner had towed our vehicle and was very kind to us. He always does a great job and he is fair with his prices! He has fixed so many different things on different vehicles of ours. He has even replaced a motor in one of my cars.

My vehicle broke down today and I called A&W towing. Caleb was quick to arrive to help. I was expecting to pay alot but it was very reasonable. Caleb was quick to hook it up and get it on the tow truck. My driveway is very tricky but he did a wonderful job dropping it off. He was so professional the entire time. We had a car break down on a Saturday on an off-ramp. I called them and they towed the car within 30 minutes back to their shop. It was VERY reasonable for a Saturday tow. Went in on Monday to sign over the title so they could scrap it for me. Very nice and very professional. I highly recommend.
these guys charged my dealership $500 for a tow a block away, they smashed the entire y pipe and scrapped the whole front of the frame so badly they had to of knew they were doing extensive damage to the car and didn't care. Me nor the dealerships around me will be doing business with these guys. Very unprofessional. CALL EXPERT TOWING OR BOBS FOR PROFESSIONALS AT A REASONABLE PRICE!

They got here in 15 minutes, was incredibly easy to get everything set up and it only cost 94.95. As where another company we tried going through wanted to charge us almost 300. We will be going through them whenever we need a tow. Very polite and respectful. Love this company.
Our car wouldn't start in the parking lot at the grocery store. I called our roadside assistance and they sent A&W Towing. Zach arrived very soon and determined that it was our battery. He jump started the car and then followed me back to their shop. At the shop, Zach helped to swap out our battery and clear the check engine light. We paid for the battery and then we're back on the road when I got a call from A&W saying that I had paid too much for the battery and that they would refund the difference. We never would have known and they could have kept the overpayment. They are definitely a business that operates at a high level of honesty and integrity, with excellent customer service and courtesy. Zach was a true blessing from God how he helped us to get back on the road.

Called very early morning and was greeted with a courteous voice and was reassured it was ok. Brake line broke, so my car was going no where. They towed my car in and fixed it faster than I expected. Reasonable repair rates. Will fully recommend to anyone needing a tow and/or repairs.

Towed my vehicle from a dealership, damaged both the lip and front bumper. I took pictures before the tow and also have a video of my front end from the dealership diagnostic being in great condition before Tyler towed it. I asked if there was someone who could help relieve the situation and was told “good luck proving it” I then asked for an insurance card and was told to call the office. I have called the office and nobody has answered. EDIT*** I spoke with I believe Jason and the issue was resolved immediately. The lip is being replaced and things are made right. I do appreciate them correcting the problem very quickly. I understand accidents happen and they do too. I was quick to write a bad review before giving a chance to call back and correct the problem. I appreciate A&W for making things right.
Paid $100 flat for a tow from hwy 41 back to their shop to be held overnight which is not a bad price at all, but when I came to pick it up this morning my front end was ripped halfway off my car.
A&W Towing went above and beyond my expectations today. I called and spoke to a very polite and professional gentleman (the owner I believe). He quoted me a fair price and told me he could have a driver out to me within 20 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional and accepted my help in pushing my car out of it's parking stall so he could hook it up from the front (I'm a female). He asked if I needed a ride (I declined) and then proceeded to my drop off location. I was impressed that he was able to maneuver my car through a squeeze and around another vehicle at the drop off, with no issues. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!
Jason has been great to work with on multiple occasions. The most recent, he got my car done very quickly and it felt like brand new after he was done with it. He's has done a great job for me again! No need to look for another place, this is the one! Reasonable and reliable.
Jason is the kindest, friendliest person I've ever met He does quality work in a timely manner. He has reasonable pricing. I want to recommend him to everybody that needs a qualified mechanic. I found myself a new mechanic. I wont hesitate to do the 40 mile trip to go back. Its not everyday you find somebody that cares about the work they do.
Jason is the kindest and most honest mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is honest and up front about what needs doing. I've never had a problem with any repairs or oil changes made by him at the shop. He gets things done by when he says they'll be done.
