Purposely gives checks that are unbelievably hard to cash, plus handwritten. No physical locations for the bank in the whole state. Kind of feels scummy
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. They give you a hand written check that nodoby will take or cash to a bank that doesn't even exist in wisconsin! Stay clear garbage scammers!
Always great customer service, I’ve never had any issues with pickups or problems with paperwork. They always make sure to check everything and make sure that the right vehicles are being loaded. And the office staff is always great and fun to talk with and the yard crew as well. I appreciate everything they do. Thank you Copart office and yard crew.

You don’t deserve even 1 star sorry. Terrible customer service with a self entitled attitude. Picked up a vehicle and all the loose parts in the pictures were not there. They told me the vehicle has been here for a long time so we probably tossed them. Then proceeded to tell me read the fine print on your members account. We are not responsible for missing parts not attached to the vehicle even if they are in the pictures. Their next course of action was we can void the sale. I already drove 2 hours. Took 1.5 hours to get loaded. Now you want me to wait to get it unloaded off my trailer and drive 2 hours back empty? I told the manager every year you care less about the customer. His reply was we care. You just didn’t read the fine print. I have been dealing with copart over 20 years. You are failing more every year.

Customer service is terrible, better have all day to pick up a car because they only know one speed and that’s slow. Never seen a place that literally no one cares to help out the customer.
Worst copart we have ever been to. Drove almost 200 miles and they did not want to give us the car because we did not have an prescheduled appointment, which we have never done, nor knew that was a thing. Really poor customer service from the front desk. Super disappointing for copart. I would encourage corporate to evaluate this copart and provide some professional development to the staff (or house cleaning).
Worst experience I have ever had. I drove 180 miles to get there and would not let me take the car because I dod not have an appointment to pick it up . Place was horrible. 1 star I'd give them zero if it was an option
The front desk lady very unpleaseant... now they are trying to charge me $280 of storage fees when i picked my vehicle up right after i bought it... not cool!! Then having to wait at another branch for it to be cleared up....
The main front desk lady is very unpleasant to work with. When working with them to try and recover my personal belongings I tried telling them I didn't have a "lot number" but they wouldn't accept this answer until I eventually got frustrated. Let alone the wait was ridiculous especially after my insurance told me they were going to let them know I was coming.
They were told by Am Family to return my title when it arrived instead they processed it! It has been a fight ever since! One location claims the other one has it and although they can supposedly print it off and stick it in the mail it’s been 5.5 months! Now we can not renew the title and still we are lied to promised a C/B or email and none come. Nancy at the Appleton Office was the worst.
Pleased that buyers can preview vehicles everyday like Texas. Here in Ohio we are limited to two days a week which makes preview wait times longer having more people there on preview day.
This company is a joke. My insurance company totaled my car due to an accident that happened a week before Christmas. Since my insurance company partners with CoPart, I have to yet to receive my settlement because this company HASN'T sent me the proper paperwork. I'm going on two weeks waiting for them and I haven't had a car in a month.
The office was a fast and professional experience but the loader guys were more interested in rearranging the items in the lot for a half hour before picking the lot someone is waiting to get loaded with.
Waited over 6 hours for a car to be picked up costumer service is a joke dispatch is a joke I’d give it no stars but then you wouldn’t see this review do NOT use this company for anything
Worst copart around US! I always buy in Milwaukee and Madison and they are quick and efficient, here they are slow, they don’t take work seriously I always see workers talking between them, doing their job a joke. I’m a loyal buyer of copart but I’m about to love to IAAI because this place. The managers and the regional manager should read this reviews is not just me, This place have a lot of bad reviews. Louders please take your job seriously and don’t make people waist their time, the people that work inside they are really rude and they look like they don’t enjoy their work. Please hire new staff with motivation and professional ethic. Thank you.
Yard is a complete mess, loaders unwilling to move things out of your way, complete waste of time spent 3 hours there and still didn't get loaded. If you have a transport request to go here you might as well stay home.
Biggest rip off buyer beware bought a car listed run and drive had tow truck deliver the truck when it arrived on the yard it had a big s on which mean it does not run transmission was shut they said to bad it left the yard even do on the title someone had returned it alreadybday before scammers
